Lake house holiday rentals in Caddo lake

Lakehouse on Lake O the Pines has a lot of great recreation options. We loved swimming in the lake, playing on the sandy beaches, kayaking, and just lounging around the house. We had a great stay.

This place was a perfect spot for a one day vacation for me and my kiddos ❤️ very quiet and peaceful

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. The view was amazing! A blue heron came to see us every morning. The inside of the house was perfectly supplied. We especially appreciated the pack n play, toddler bed, and high chair. We look forward to coming back.

Candace was VERY responsive! We had severe storms while we were there and she made sure to keep us updated when the electricity went out as she knew anything on when it would be back on. The house itself was a lot nicer than the pictures could do justice for! There were A LOT of deer at night and birds in the morning. We loved enjoying coffee out on the porch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Such a wonderful place to stay on Caddo! The hosts were very responsive and attended to our minor issues. The cabin is well stocked and we needed for nothing while we were staying! We have already planned our second visit at this location.

Great place! Good location, great view, clean and has everything we could ever need. Wish there was more outside lighting to be able to do stuff outside after dark but overall we loved our stay! Would definitely stay again.

Our family loves unwinding at Honey’s Place. We really enjoy swimming off the dock, kayaking down the bayou, roasting s’mores in the fire pit, and lounging in the plush grass. When evening comes, there are so many games to play and comfy furniture to relax and spend time together unplugged. Everyone always loves to see how well Sandy has decorated her cabin and we love seeing the special touches in the themed decor, linens, and toiletries. Also, Sandy was so helpful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a slow-paced time on the water with your family, you can’t go wrong with Honey’s Place.

This cabin is wonderfully decorated with a gorgeous view and a spacious kitchen. We intend to come back more regularly. It was the relaxation we were looking for! We were able to put the boat in super close to the cabin and use the dock during our stay. Bring extra trailer chalks as the driveway is on quite an incline. Thank you for allowing us to stay with y’all.

Brandi and Steven are EXCELLENT hosts. Their place actually was more beautiful than the pictures. It was beautiful lit with lamps everywhere, the aircon was already running (which was essential due to the humidity of East Texas!), and it SMELLED AMAZING. I don’t know how she got it to smell so good, but it made a big first impression upon entering the home. The place was extremely well-stocked, tons of rags and towels and lotions and soaps, tooth brushes and deodorants and toothpaste, just everything you could need! And Brandi and Steven themselves were the highlight! They are SO accommodating and welcoming and humble. They let us walk through their yard to get to the dock and use their kayaks, and Lake Caddo is truly magical. You can tell they LOVE this place and want to share it with others. We are already planning another trip back in the winter!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home's interior is beautiful, and the outside is like magic. The scenic views and sounds of nature make it such a special experience. We only stayed for one night, but I wish it could have been more!

We visit every year and are always so happy with our stay. It’s a great home with comfy beds, gorgeous surroundings, and all the things we need for a fantastic family vacation!

This was our first little family vacation for our blended family. It was absolutely the best and absolutely beautiful place we chose from. There was plenty of beds for a family of 6, 4 teens and 2 adults, couch space, and dining. The teens LOVED the slide on the side to use instead of the stairs! It's close enough for little day trips to Lindale and Jefferson; and the bait store was a short 10min drive. We would definitely chose this place again every time. We'd give this place 5+ stars if we could!

The home is perfect for a small group or a little larger family. The master is very private at the opposite end of the home. Everything worked great for us. We used the dock. We had a boat easy to park the boat. It’s at a cove, so not a lot of Boat traffic to disturb your boat. We fixed breakfast so we found what we needed to use but for lunch we just stuck the sandwiches and simple stuff. We enjoyed the home very much. Wesley is amazing. He has a nice investment for himself and we look forward to using his home again.

We had an amazing stay at Britney’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. Britney was so welcoming and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!!

Kirk’s place is exactly as described. We went during a cold snap and it was very comfortable. The fireplace made it very inviting. The host is very responsive, even before booking. It is good to note that the home is also good if you have any wheelchair guests with you. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The view of the lake is peaceful. Perfect for birdwatching during the day and stargazing at night. I can imagine it would be beautiful during spring and summer.

We loved our stay at Burning Daylight! Such a beautiful home, fantastic view of the lake, and very private. The home was beautifully designed and very unique. Our group loved drinking our coffee looking out over the lake in the morning, and sitting at the massive kitchen table playing cards in the evening. Lexie made the check in process very easy for us, and was proactive in providing the instructions for our stay. We would definitely come stay again, highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house in Gladewater! The home was spotless and incredibly well-stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals. We especially loved spending time by the pool and relaxing on the dock, which made for a perfect getaway. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful lake views made it easy to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. One small tip for future guests: although the kitchen does come stocked with salt, pepper, and sugar—you may want to bring your own seasonings as well. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside retreat!

We had a great stay at the home. Loved how peaceful and quiet the home was but still close to downtown for the festival. We had one small issue and the host was super responsive. I had two calls within 30 minutes of reporting it. Loved letting my little girl play under the covered awning.

I absolutely love this place. I’m already booking for my next stay. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We were able to play our music without disturbing our neighbors. There were plenty of seating for our guest and the property had everything that we needed. There was a grill, crawfish boiler, pool table, games and more. Loved our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was clean, quiet, and perfectly equipped—especially the air conditioners, which kept us cool during the hot Texas summer. One of the highlights was being able to fish right out of the backyard—such a treat! We also got to visit with some incredibly kind neighbors, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing week. Highly recommend! As a side note: we heard from the neighbors that the guests before us had packed 8 college students and 5 cars into this tiny cabin—yikes! That explains the unfair 1-star review we saw. Don’t let it fool you—this is a tight-knit community of wonderful locals, and our experience was nothing short of amazing.

The house was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Other than the front door being on the second level everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake from all three levels was nice to look out at also.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The kids had a fantastic time with the camping fire pit activities and kayaking adventures. The surroundings were peaceful and provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Overall, it was such a pleasant and memorable experience

Sarah’s house has the most amazing views of Caddo Lake. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. Had a great stay!

Very cool place to stay! My family and I loved it. Really neat outside patio with a dart board, which we all had fun playing. We also liked getting up early and going down to the lake with a cup of coffee and watching all the birds, even saw a Nutria right up by the dock. Yep, it's a big river rat lol, but it was neat to see. It is a bit out of the way from anything, so keep that in mind as far as getting gas, groceries, etc.
