In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Cozy furnished vacation home, quietly located in the center of Westkapelle, about 300 meters from the beach, sea and dike. Really a super place! In favorable weather conditions, the sea can be heard in the backyard! Super beautiful area for hiking or cycling! Bicycles can be rented in the city center. There are several nice restaurants and beach pavilions in and outside the village. Westkapelle is located at the extreme point of Walcheren. Here you have the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands!

In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. In 2009 we reconstructed it using refined decoration and catering for all modern conveniences. Last but not least: free private parking in our big garden

Just outside Zoutelande is, very quiet and rural, our brand new, luxurious 6-person vacation home. With a magnificent view of various fields around. Zoutelande offers you cozy restaurants, terraces, (summer) weekly market and various shops. In addition, to the south, a spacious beach with some beach pavilions. Furthermore, Meliskerke can be reached in 1.5 km, where there is a warm bakery, artisanal butcher and a supermarket.

In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
