Apartment holiday rentals in Caguas

I stayed at this airbnb for a week when me and my friend were traveling, it was perfect for us! The room was very spacious and we had more than enough room for our things and to hang out. The porch was one of our favorite spots to be! The outdoor seating is the best place to just sit and relax after a long day! José was an amazing host! He answered any questions and even came by the Airbnb when we were having trouble with working an appliance (which ended up just needed to have 1 button pushed) and he was very kind with every interaction over Airbnb: virtual and in person. The Airbnb is only like a 10-12 minute drive away from Old San Juan so location was pretty much perfect! I would 100% book again with Jose or this Airbnb for a trip to the island! Thank you again for letting us use your home!

This unit was in the most perfect location in Old San Juan. Very walkable to restaurants, stores and bars. The photos of the unit don't do it any justice. It's beautiful with lots of personal touches. I can't recommend this to place enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this Fairway Courts unit! The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, safe, and surrounded by beautiful views. The unit itself is exactly as pictured, with a smart layout that felt both spacious and cozy. Every room was spotless, and it’s clear the hosts take pride in keeping the place exceptionally clean.

the place is clean and would be perfect for someone who eats out. we came for bodybuilding show and needed to prep meals and kitchen was a bit small for us. there were no wifi and no laundry. so if you staying longer keep it in mind. but the host was cool with us checking out earlier, we appreciate that. place was super clean and extremely safe with double locks etc.

The whole property is gorgeous and has such a peaceful, welcoming vibe. 🌺 One of the best things was the location—it’s just a short walk to a grocery store, which made things super convenient. Whether we were relaxing at the studio or heading out to explore, we always felt at ease here. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we felt right at home. We truly appreciated the hospitality. This Airbnb is a gem, and we’d happily stay here again! This place was exactly what we expected. Beatrice is very responsive and helped out at 11pm checking in even though she had already sent me all the information needed so make sure to read ALL of it. The balcony with the view was great along with everything else! 5/5; 10/10; 100/100 ALL DAY. Looking forward to my next stay!

The apartment/penthouse was exactly as pictures shown. Check in was easy, near lots of great shops and food places. We truly had such an enjoyable experience with lots of room to wind down in the evening. Earplugs came in handy when you want to unplug from the noise. We will definitely will be back.

We just had the most wonderful experience, and it all started with this amazing place and its incredible host! We felt so welcomed from the very beginning, with a warm greeting and some lovely local gifts that were such a thoughtful touch. The home itself was spotlessly clean, which we so appreciated, and the views were beyond incredible – truly mesmerizing! Our host, Claritza, provided clear instructions for everything, which was incredibly helpful. She was always prompt in responding to our questions and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This was more than just a stay; it was a truly memorable and heartwarming experience!

Had the most amazing stay at Alex’s airbnb! The house was spacious and clean, and the neighborhood was nice and safe. The pool was great and the house is located super close to the beach. Would recommend this house to everyone and will definitely stay again if possible!

Miguel is a fantastic and gracious host. He is incredibly responsive and always available to respond to any questions you may have. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures -- clean, beautiful decor and funtional with anything you may need. The blinds provide privacy and darkness for sleeping plus gorgeous views when opened. Perfect place for visiting San Juan.

VERDE is incredibly special: gorgeous design, amazing shower, comfortable bed, walking distance to the beach, great restaurants nearby, private, and a quiet neighborhood. The guest guide they shared was very helpful (and delicious!), and every interaction with their staff— from luggage drop-off to a vegan brunch at their nearby Dreamcatcher property— was so warm and friendly. As queer travelers, we really appreciated the extra care Stephan, Roy, and the Dream Team took to create a truly inclusive, hospitable experience. Can’t wait to stay again.

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this villa in Palmas del Mar, Humacao. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect; close to the beach, restaurants, and all the amenities of Palmas del Mar. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful, ideal for a family vacation. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was clear and easy from booking to check-out. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience in Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to return!
