Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

I had an excellent stay! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures, very clean, organized and cozy. Location is great, close to everything I needed. The host was very attentive, responded quickly and made me feel very comfortable. Without a doubt, I recommend and hope to return soon!

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The apartment and building facilities are identical to the photos. The host helps with directions to the subway, iFood, restaurants, bakery. It has an iron and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view even though it's in São Paulo. Very top-notch gym, it also has a heated pool. It was so cold that we didn't even need the air conditioning. The bath is wonderful and there is a grocery store, a snack bar on the ground floor of the building. I highly recommend it and it will already be a point of support in the next trips to SP.

Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and making sure I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift, and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight.
