Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect and we loved the private Terrance upstairs. Very private and peaceful. Easy to find and Javier gave clear instructions.

Rolando and team were super helpful and responsive, we went to a bunch of the restaurants recommended and they were all hits! Super helpful when there are so many potential coffee shops and restaurants to try. The space came with everything we needed, including ear plugs which was a nice touch!

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Beautiful place beautiful surroundings perfect spot

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

Nadia's listing was absolutely outstanding in every sense! Spotless. Exactly as described. It was a perfect stay for two persons with all the essential amenities you'll need for a pleasant stay. The Bayamon area is an easily manageable urban community just minutes from the airport (you can get there in less than 30 minutes in almost any period of the day) and easy accessible to almost anywhere. I consider the location a great jump-off point to anywhere you want to go around the island. The immediate neighborhood where the studio (we stayed in #3) is located is quite quiet with very little or no dogs barking all night long (although it seems everyone in the neighborhood has a dog). We felt quite safe and comfortable walking the neighborhood for a short 1 mile walk on a couple of evenings during our stay. Overall, a great stay, location, and listing. We loved it!

Just like the photos, everything is clean and tidy. I would stay again without thinking twice.

Our 2025 Puerto Rico vacation was so enjoyable!!! The home was perfect just a describe and the pictures that are shown in the listing. The house is beautiful, private, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard is perfect to relax, cook out and enjoy family time. The home truly came with everything you need for a beach vacation!! All you need to pack is your clothes. Already planning to book at the house again for our family 2026 Puerto Rico vacation. Luis is an amazing host!!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Hector was super responsive and immediately called me to help when I asked a question.

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

I had a great time in Luquillo, beautiful and many things to do around.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

Great location, within walking distance of a lot of great local shops like Anita gelato and the San Sebastián road. The house is also cosy and is equipped with a lot of necessities. Maybe it’s just something I care about but the washer / dryer was a life saver

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Absolutely loved this place! The beach is right outside the door. The restaurants are within walking distance or just a few minutes drive. The view from the balcony was beautiful. When I come back to PR, i will be staying here again :)

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.
