This is a centrally located studio on the first floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

The entire building was completely renovated during 2019, with a new redistribution of spaces and using natural materials as the main features. The generous layout of the outdoor area features a private relaxation area and a covered seating area. Underfloor heating provides the houses of Alcossebre with a pleasant intrinsic heat, even in the low season and in the winter months.
