Located on the 3rd floor, without elevator elevator , the apartment is spacious , the 2 bedrooms overlook the courtyard , away from the hustle and bustle of the street; 160, 140 and 90 bed and sofa bed in the living room. Bedding, double glazed windows and shutters are new. The dining room-lounge are air-conditioned and overlook a wide balcony with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and the bathroom with bath and washing machine
