Apartment holiday rentals in Cala Marçal

We had a super uncomplicated and flexible check-in. The apartment was very clean and has an extremely beautiful location with direct views of the water in the first row also from the main bedroom! There is also a really large balcony that is perfect for breakfast as well as for looking at the stars in the evening. Even with a restaurant directly below the accommodation, the backdrop is very pleasant. Supermarkets and very good restaurants are within 1-5 minutes' walk. It is really a recommendation if you are between 2-5 people! We will be happy to come back. 🤝

The 10 days in Sabrina's cozy cottage were wonderful at any time of day. The nearby beach, the pool, the restaurant es cova, the charming nature all around, the nice bar with live music..., we simply liked everything. Communication with Sabrina was always friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything! We'd love to come back. Karin

It was a nice apartment with a quiet, great location. The 2-minute walk to the beach in the small bay is great. The service on site was great. Only the communication beforehand was a bit difficult. Pool clean and good for swimming. In May, you could park on the premises, which is certainly difficult in the high season. Cozy, delicious, beautiful restaurants with good service and good location around the beach.

Comfortable, clean accomodation. Lovely view overlooking the boats with nice beaches relatively close. Great stay.

Catalina was an excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay at her place. The apartment was very clean, everything was stacked, homely and well furnished. The terrace upstairs is a dream with nice terrace furniture and really beautiful view of the ocean. Catalina is really kind, caring and respectful. The communication with her was very friendly and easy. We highly recommend this place whole-heartedly. Thank you for the very nice and relaxing stay!!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Beautiful apartment with great balcony overlooking sandy beach. Pristine. I left my home keys in a drawer and they very kindly rang me in taxi to airport , so we could go back and get them. Recommend highly.

The apartment was simply amazing! It made my next accommodation feel flat to be honest. The interior garden with the pool is wonderful and looks even better than the photos in real life and at nighttime. Nicole and Tini were proactive and of very good help. There is a shop 2 minutes by car which is very handy. Me and my girlfriend went to beaches nearby and our favorites were about 30-40 minutes distance in a beautiful surrounding area. We loved it and we will come back!

I have to say- this accommodation was even better than the pictures! It’s spacious, comfortable, close to things and has an amazing ocean view!

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

We arrived early and were perfectly welcomed. Giorgio has always listened. Very clean apartment,well arranged, close to a beautiful cove. The only downside: the restaurant nearby is really noisy.

Great place with a nice terrace for cozy breakfast and nice evening drinks. The landlord was very helpful and nice. It was near to both beaches and bars and restaurants. I will absolutely come back that place.

Marina was super welcoming, always ready to help you and answer to any questions! Place has great location in Cala d’Or, with the closest beach at literally 6mins walk. I really recommend! I’ll come back :)

We had a wonderful week in this apartment overlooking the sea. It was so peaceful and yet so close to the lovely sandy beach and some fantastic restaurants. We had the pools to ourselves and although a little nippy unheated in October was still good fun for a 7 year old! We will definitely be back!

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
