Holiday rentals with beach access in Calabarzon

We had a great stay at Carola Condominium in Pico de Loro. The unit was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The host was kind and very responsive, and the caretaker was always smiling and helpful. The location was stunning — surrounded by nature, with access to the beach and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful family staycation! The place was very comfortable and felt just like home. The host was genuinely caring and made sure everything was in place for a relaxing stay. Special thanks to Barbie, the representative—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Azure’s rules and policies are reasonable and they actually made us feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, a great experience for the whole family. We would definitely love to come back!

The stay was great, the unit is clean, nice, and tidy. It was overall a pleasant experience. But the cleaner did knock right at 12PM, which caught us a bit off guard, but its understandable due to the short window between guest check-ins. Still, everything else went smoothly and I appreciated the well-kept space.

Super enjoyed our stay at Bar and Marian’s unit!! Marian is very responsive and kind. Pico de loro is our go-to here in Batangas for yearsss and we always opt booking for a clean, spacious, and nice interior type of units whenever; their unit didnt disappoint!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at The Meydan Suites, a cozy studio-type unit located in Azure North, Pampanga. The unit was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to local attractions. The amenities of Azure North were a highlight — especially the pool area, which gave off a relaxing resort vibe. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend The Meydan Suites to anyone visiting Pampanga.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay! The size of the property was perfect for a group of 10pax. The place was clean and smells good. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of the place! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

Loved the breeze and mountain & sea views, the spotless and tastefully designed house, the pool and billiards/ ice hockey. Perfect for just staying in and hanging out with your family!!! Though it was not bad, nearby public beach is near the port so manage your expectations.

Had a restful and quiet weekend at this place. Highlights: - Beautifully designed, minimalist, well-maintained house - Private access and short walk to the beach - Jacuzzi was a great bonus Lowlights: - Frequent power outage - Nearest decent restaurant requires a short drive (so do banks, convenience stores). Make sure you have everything you need prior to heading over to the place. Overall, still a great stay. Would highly recommend to small group / families.

Your mom Nani, along with Tin and Karen, were all so kind and welcoming. We especially loved chatting with your mom—she’s such a gem! You’re truly lucky to have her helping you run the place. My friends couldn’t stop talking about how this was their favorite Airbnb out of all the places we’ve stayed. We’re already trying to figure out when we can come back! It was also such a nice surprise that Nani remembered us from our visit a few years ago. He has an amazing memory and made us feel right at home. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to spot a pawikan swimming while snorkeling—such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Thanks again for the amazing hospitality, Doc Mel. Until next time!

We enjoyed our stay. Ate Cora is the best. She is responsive and accommodating. She even help us find the tours for us and the rates are just right and way cheaper than the offering on the beach. We are even allowed to check in early. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

Our family had the best time at Pico. Ms. Ice’s unit is very suitable for our needs and I love that it was close to Pico beach. It was very clean and Sir Al was very responsive to our queries and concerns.

Place is exactly as what they’ve advertised. Wifi is very reliable and it has everything you need for a worry free staycation. I highly recommend it and for sure we will be coming back in the future :)

The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

I was a bit disappointed with the slow check-in process at Pico de Loro’s lobby. It took about an hour just to register. The delay seemed to be due to the large number of guests, and it appeared that those whose hosts were present were being prioritized, regardless of the existing line. That said, Marlon’s place was great overall. The unit was modern, clean, cozy, and had a very homey feel. The lighting was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was that the shower had very low water pressure. Still, the place was very affordable for the kind of accommodation provided. Highly recommended!
