Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Ample space, strategic location, minimalist yet tasteful finishes and furnishings, and impeccable cleanliness. As well as the relationship with the host. Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Where do I start. Beautiful house up in the hills around 5km from town. On arrival we were welcomed by Vitoria and his family and immediately felt at home. Evening meal with wine was offered for €25 each, glad we accepted as it was the best meal in Italy so far. Typical Calabrian food mostly from their farm. Served outside on the terrace by all family members and w Service was like you would get in a restaurant. On arrival, fridge had water, bread, fruit juice, salami and fresh milk along with a fresh bowl of oranges from the garden. Fresh baked croissants delivered for breakfast along with fresh peaches. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. On leaving, Vittorio’s wife supplied us with home made Nduja Calabrese and jars of pickled vegetables. Cute and very friendly dogs. What a wonderful family to stay with ❤️🇮🇹❤️👌

An incredible setting, with a beautiful and well-furnished house and garden overlooking amazing views, and well located to explore the region. Giosue was an extremely responsive and friendly host, and we had a brilliant time - thank you!

Isabella welcomed us to the Sàlaco farm, making us feel immediately at home, preparing great breakfasts and giving us exclusive tips on places to visit. The place is surrounded by nature on the hill and you don't need air conditioning at night because it's very cool. Highly recommended!

We stayed here only for one night on a road trip. It would be perfect for a beach vacation as well, as it is right on the water and walking distance to restaurants. And yes, the terrace in the pictures is big, beautiful and only for this airbnb! The only draw back is there isn't much indoor seating for many people.

The rental is large and well-equipped, outdoor shower is appreciated. The rooms are spacious. The accommodation is very clean. Note, it can be very hot in the accommodation. Domenico is very helpful and pleasant. We had a great 3-week vacation. Car needed. Beautiful beaches.

Teresa accommodated our last minute request to stay. She was very responsive. She met us and showed us around. Gave excellent recommendations. Her place was very clean and fresh feeling. We would definitely return if we visit that part if Italy again. Perfect location between many great areas.

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. I stayed with my family at this beautiful place. Located within a residential complex, with an attached pool, the property offers a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. Well furnished, equipped with all comforts, clean, with two air conditioners that fully do their duty, a starting point for the many excursions in the nearby towns (Costa degli Gods) that you want to visit. Andrey, despite not being present on site, has always been kind and responsive. Family-friendly place to stay that I highly recommend!

When my wife and I arrived we were greeted,and already felt very welcomed. This place is Beautiful, the cabin is well equipped with everything you need, they even left fresh fruit from they trees very tasty. She also left some breakfast goodies to eat. This place is so peaceful and very clean. The backyard feels like a private resort. We enjoyed sitting around the very clean pool. The pool is a bonus. We loved it. Both were very helpful is advise us places to eat and sites to see. We will will be back very soon. I recommend this place very highly, you won't be disappointed.

What a spectacular spot- Marcello was wonderful. We were able to walk along the lake to the adventure park and it was beautiful. Highly recommend for families.
