Immerso in un antico uliveto di circa quattro ettari, il nostro Palmento è a disposizione dei viaggiatori desiderosi di scoprire l’incantevole costa jonica della Calabria. La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Casa Belvedere Tropea

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Roof top terrace features outdoor shower with beautiful tiles, bbq and lounge area.

Casa molto comoda e ristrutturata tenendo fede alle sue antiche origini, vista mozzafiato, bellezza del borgo medievale in cui e' immerso, cultura, gastronomia e tradizione, pace e tranquillita', spiagge pulite e mare bellissimo. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.
