The place is great! Although the room is just on the second floor still, the location is best. We always stay at Tagaytay for every special occasion or if we just want to unwind. The place feels like home. It was neat and everything is almost complete. We didn't have any problem at all. The only downside staying here (not the host's fault) is the building itself as it doesn't have free parking. The free parking for the entire property including the other buildings are full especially it's weekend. We parked on the tower 5 for Php 400 (1night). Though it's expensive, I think it's great for our motorcycle's safety. Overall, I would love to stay again here! :)

Thank you, Ms. Lariza! This would definitely be my go-to place shall I need a stay in Nuvali area again. Everything's complete -- towels, toiletries, even kitchen condiments and all. I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed & sofa were plush and good to sleep in or just lay down. In our entry there was a faint smell of fish which we didn't mind too much since there was a diffuser in the room. The A/C was great it's more than able to cool the entire room. There weren't any drinking water available in the fridge which I think could've been nice to have. The bathroom was pretty much spotless and everything was great, the water pressure felt good as well, however there weren't a lot of bath soap leftover when we arrived. Overall, great place—would definitely recommend!

My stay was great, everything went well and it really helped me during the days that i need to rest the most. One of the cleanest and most recommended place to book in Calamba!

The place has such a welcoming feel—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to unwind. I was looking for a cool spot to relax from the summer heat, rest, and recharge, and Ann’s place was perfect. Ann and Jackie were super responsive and helpful, which made the stay even better. If I had the chance, I would’ve happily extended my stay. No doubt, I’ll be back again. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed here and had a generally pleasant experience. The place is spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, there was a slight moldy smell that I couldn't quite pinpoint, even though everything appeared spotless. It wasn’t a major issue, though, as the highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from the veranda. It made up for any minor concerns, providing the perfect backdrop for unwinding. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you value space and a great view. I’d recommend it, but perhaps a little work on ventilation or scent management could make it even better.

Had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Kim’s place! Definitely considering it again for my next solo getaway. The Unit The unit was clean, well-organized, and exactly as described—cozy and comfortable. Just a few small suggestions: the sink and shower drainage seemed a bit clogged and could use checking, and the ceiling fan wobbled and made some noise when turned on. The Location Perfect for a quiet escape. The area is peaceful, away from the city, with a cool breeze and beautiful natural surroundings. There are also a few restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. Just be sure to have a car, as getting around without one would be tough. The Host Kim was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Quick responses, friendly, and made everything—from booking to check-out—smooth and hassle-free. Really appreciated the warm and thoughtful hospitality!

The room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. Beddings and towels were fresh and clean, exceeding my expectations. The room amenities like the fridge and microwave were a nice-touch. We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean unit. Fast internet. Lots of restaurants available because it’s right across Southwoods mall. The check-in was easy and accommodation is in a very safe area. Joseph, the co-host was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The location of the home was the best for us; you can see the house from the golf course! The house is lovely, modern style, uses natural light, and has lots of artwork. It’s big for the kids to have activities and play, and has several common areas to gather together. Our host, Ina, was very responsive, accommodating and quick to resolve any issues. The caretakers Cora and Allan are accommodating and helpful. There are lots of electrical outlets around the house. Location is accessible to food delivery services. Tips: You have to take the stairs going down from the main door to the rooms and then another flight to the kitchen/ living space, so if anyone in the group has difficulty getting up and down stairs they will need assistance. The owners are renovating parts of the home, so best to check in with the host if you have any required amenities. There is no cellular service, in most areas of the house it is very weak (Globe), but they have Wifi with internet to connect to.

The house is full of things, simple things that is very helpful like medicine. All the linen are clean. It is very comfortable to stay in the house. Me and my friends loved the place. Very recommendable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommend! Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, and cozy. Mary Ann (host) was incredibly responsive making check-in a breeze . Kuya Abet was great and very helpful. He made sure that he attended to all our needs and available anytime. The amenities were great, games area and salt water swimming pool, very pristine. We will definitely book this place again.
