The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

We could not recommend this flat or the host more. The apartment was exactly as photographed and was extraordinarily clean, well-maintained, and had excellent natural light. The few things that it didn’t have were delivered immediately upon request (a kitchen knife, some extra laundry soap, etc). The housekeepers were prompt, efficient, and thorough. Ashfit and the entire staff, including guards and housekeepers were super friendly and always helpful. And the location is great—walkable to everything in the central part of town but tucked far enough back to be quiet and tranquil. Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is beautiful with a cozy, welcoming ambience and very tasteful interiors. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Location-wise, it’s perfect — you can easily walk to Anjuna Beach and Thalassa Pub. If you have a car or scooter, Morjim, Arambol, and other beaches are just a short drive away. Initially, we had some doubts after reading a few old reviews, but I must say, Julie, the owner, is extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. She made sure our stay was smooth and pleasant — definitely not rude as some old reviews might suggest.

We had an amazing stay at The Blue kite, it was such a homely place, the hygiene was very well maintained and the location was also very mesmerizing. Definitely the best place to stay.

Our stay was super comfortable. It was a perfect place for us as we were doing a long road trip from Kochi to Mumbai with our 2 dogs. The place has all the amenities that one would need. It was easy for us to cook for our pets as that can be a real challenge for pet owners. I would like to make a special mention regarding the beds. They were so comfortable that after the stay our kids wanted the same ones at home.

We stayed in this stay for 3 days. The location is close to main road with good restaurants nearby. The society has a big swimming pool. The caretaker of the flat Balram bhaiya was very helpful throughout our stay, even if there was slight problem, he helped us.

This one-bedroom apartment hosted by Ankit was exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get! The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The lovely swimming pool was a real bonus – perfect for a relaxing dip. We're digital nomads, so strong Wi-Fi is a must. The internet connection here was reliable and sufficient for our work needs. Ankit was easy to communicate with, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. We also want to thank the excellent, friendly cleaning staff who kept the place spotless. The front gate staff ensures the complex is secure and is super friendly when we come and go. You can rent a scooter a few doors down, making it easy to get around the coast. We also found reliable and fair tuk-tuk and taxi services readily available. Walkability: 6-minute walk to a fantastic veggie stand for the freshest fruits and veggies. 8-minute walk to the main road with tons of restaurants and shopping. 10-12 minute walk to Newton’s Supermarket and only a
