Very nice big and nice apartment, has plenty of appliances to carry out and make meals. Hotel with 7 to 8 swimming pools and a very quiet environment, great for those who seek rest and escape the hustle and bustle of the big hotels.

The apartment was very clean, the place is quiet and in front of the river. The apartment staff are kind to do the check in and check out, everything very fast. The host responds very quickly and is very kind. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely return soon.

It was the third or fourth time that I rent the apartment of Dona Marcia, as always very attentively and capricious in every detail of her beautiful apartment, ideal for those who seek comfort and practicality because Caldas Novas to the FDS is difficult to park and her apartment is a few meters away from everything including the night fair, that is... leave the car in the garage. This time we went with the new baby member of the family and Mrs. Marcia surprised me with tips and ideas for better stay due to not having a crib, but in the end it was not missed due to the facilities and items in her apartment. we will return soon and I'm sure I know where we will stay.

Very quiet place and meets the descriptions. Close to the pool, which makes it very easy to go home. Only bed for 8 people. The others only if you are a child, because the mattress is very thin. We were at 9 and we answered.

The stay was incredible! The house was super clean, smelling good, with everything we needed — from kitchen utensils to that nice home atmosphere. It was three super nice days with my family and friends. I took my two pets and they were also very well received (they even got treats!). We thank you so much for Nanda's warm welcome. My experience in the house was very good! The house was exactly like the listing photos, which was great. Yasmim was a very polite and helpful host, always available to help. My family had a lot of fun in the jacuzzi, which was a highlight of the stay. We already knew that the location was a bit far from the center, so this was not a surprise, but it is something to consider depending on your script. The floor around the jacuzzi is slippery, so it is important to be careful when leaving - Most of the pots did not have a lid, which made it difficult to cook a little. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I recommend for those looking for a comfortable place with a great host. With a few small adjustments, I'm sure the experience can get even more amazing!

The big rooms and the good beds, all as advertised. The condominium is excellent, easy access to swimming pools for children and the elderly. Super recommend to family and friends!!

I was hosted innumerable times in Caldas Novas with my family but surely this was the best of all. Apartment with great structure, full kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedroom. High speed internet beyond the condominium structure with great pools and impeccable cleaning. I highly recommend it.

a great place according to the pictures nothing complaining of the apt everything within the expected with enough utensils to prepare a good food, exellent bed, working air, clean apt...but the club "the pools" most are cold 1 hot and other warm more cold.
