Excellent apartment! Very nice to rest and spend a nice weekend as a couple, 100% recommended!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, independent access, tidy and clean, with all the toiletries and well equipped for cooking, the only two details we found is that one of the kitchen burners did not work and that the TV in the master bedroom is not a smart TV (it had an adapter but it was outdated), the rest is all very good. The sector has a beautiful view of the sea and direct access to the beach for a walk. You must go down several stairs to reach it (to be considered for people with reduced mobility). A pleasant experience, I would definitely come back.

The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

This is the second time we are staying at Caroline place. It is as before such a warm and beautiful space. It is super clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, views from the terrace are breath taking at any time of a day in any weather, rain or shine. Location is right in the middle of Cierre Allegre. Don't hesitate to book it!

The accommodation is perfect, it has a beautiful view of the sea, it has all the utensils to be able to cook something, there are several services. The accommodation instructions are very clear and I highlight the communication with Alvin. Totally recommended

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

The house is beautiful! The location offers a spectacular view, everything in the house is impeccable and beautiful, from the decoration to the cleanliness. The house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Nicolás is an attentive and caring host, who makes sure everything is in order so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest!

The stay was very quiet, the space has everything you need to have a good weekend. When I arrived I was the heater on, making the space nice cozy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an extra cover for the cold. The patio is very nice and has a hammock. I didn't use the grill. The kitchen is well equipped, but it would be appreciated if they offered oil, coffee and sugar or sweetener. There was only salt and garlic powder. One of the days the water in the shower got cold. I had to wait half an hour for q hot. The only negative thing I can say is that the piso was dirty. I looked under the bed looking for a sock and noticed it was full of dust, hair and lint. The rest of the house (kitchen and bathroom) was fine in terms of cleanliness. Another issue I had was with the address. On google maps the street number is incorrect. You have to follow the location that Daniela sends and not the address listed on the AirBnB.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

Excellent cabin with unrivaled views. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms with everything you need for family vacations. You have to climb a lot of stairs and the terrace is high, so be careful if they go with children. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

It is a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, tranquility and harmony were breathed. It allows self realization when making the tinaja work and includes games for the kids. Totally recommended

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Our stay in Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not counting the beautiful view we had from the balcony . Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would come back without hesitation!

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!
