Built in 1950 this true Venice Beach House is as much today what it was built to embody over 68 years ago. This Iconic architectural house is located in the Silver Triangle just a short walk to Abbott Kinney, The Venice Beach Canals, Washington Nightlife, trendy Bars and restaurants and the sandy beautiful beaches of Venice Beach. A true Venice Beach House in every way. Once you enter the white picket fence the succulent garden and spacious front yard welcome you. It's a relaxing and cool shady area we love to enjoy when hanging out with friends or family, grab a bite, have a drink and enjoy some company. Featuring large outdoor areas in the front and back yard. Hanging lights and stunning greenery surround you in the back hard where Chesterfield inflatable sofas provide the perfect realaxation. The home is spacious and comfortable with a laid back vibe that's well designed with collectors furniture, artwork and taste - the perfect blend of class and cozy. There are 3 large queen beds, a large kitchen, 1 bathroom, a spacious art room with vaulted wood ceiling and an L shaped comfortable couch. The house has high speed WiFi and tons of space to spend quality time and enjoy the real Venice Beach lifestyle! Upon entering our home you will be in the living room, a large spacious area designed with style and class, highlighted by a large gray couch along with a TV with smart connectivity. On your left there’s the entrance to the art room followed by an entrance to the Kitchen. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with Restaurant Grade state-of-the-art Wolf Stove complete Grill alongside a spacious restaurant size Sub Zero Fridge. The kitchen has a back door that opens you to the beautiful back yard. To the right and directly in front after you pass the living room is a hallway that takes you to the restroom and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is elegantly designed and features a brand new hotel-quality Queen Size Bed and premium mattress. The Large 2nd Bedroom has 2 Large Queen Size Beds both Brand new also featuring hotel-quality mattresses. An important note to anyone Visiting Venice Beach is the weather is warm, tropical and at times humid. The sun shines from 7am-7pm and the smell of the ocean fills the air. You are right off the beach so it can get humid at times. Like all houses in Venice Beach, it does not have air-conditioning so if you are accustomed to keeping the windows closed and staying inside the house your entire vacation blasting the air-condition please do not book this home. The house is located in the Venice Beach Silver Triangle, one of the the nicest and most prestigious beach communities. There is plenty of street parking and driveway parking is also availability for you to enjoy during your stay. The Venice Beach house is an iconic and tasteful retreat that stays true to its beach design of yesteryear, through the years it has housed artists, actors, celebrates, producers, families, lovers, friends dreamers and explorers. Homes in the Venice Beach Area do not have Air Conditions, because of the comfortable and relaxing ocean breeze since 1950 people have opened the windows and embraced the ocean breeze. Whether you are riding the many bike paths or riding the waves this Venice Beach bungalow comes equipped with 2 Adult Beach Bikes and a kids BMX bike to enjoy while exploring Venice Beach and nearby Santa Monica. Venice Beach is home to Bird and Lime Scooters where you can rent a electric scooter easily to zip around the beach. The Venice Beach House has Premium Quality Bikes purchased new from SIX THREE ZERO bikes. They are very very cool and great quality bikes. Please use the Locks provided in the closet as well as the helmets and always lock up the bikes and removable front wheels. The locks have a combination on them. We hope it makes for a great experience during your stay. - To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We like to think of it as bringing the beach to the house (only without the sand!) - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of stay! - Before you leave please clean up pots, pans, and dishes and place dirty towels in hamper. Please take out main trash prior to checking out. Trash day is on Monday's, we will be around to take out trash cans, if you're staying on this day - it may be a good time to throw out your trash ;) - Quiet Hours: The neighborhood is full of great people and families, please respect the neighbors by keeping noise level down indoors and outdoors between 10pm - 8am. Including music, television, people, etc. Respecting neighbors and the neighborhood is taken seriously, complaints from neighbors will result in 100% loss of deposit and immediate end to reservation with no refund. - Smoking is only allowed outside, please respect your health, our home and neighbors - Please make sure to keep all doors and windows locked. - Reservation is for your group only. At no point are there any additional guests/visitors allowed in the home or on the property without written approval via the AirBnB app before the reservation is made. -We kindly request that EVERY person who needs to be on the property, including outdoor spaces, needs to be on the reservation. This includes non-overnight guests. So if you have 4 people staying overnight and 4 friends visiting - you need to make a reservation for 8. You can add guests up until your check in using the alteration tool. - We have spent a lot of time and love selecting the furniture and designing the look and feel of the Venice Beach House. Most of the furniture and artwork are originals works, collectors’ items and designer pieces treat them with care and respect as many cannot be replicated or replaced. Wine/Apple Country Cottage, Centrally Located

Play golden oldies on an upright piano in a home filled with antique furniture, folk art, and lots of books and games. The kitchen and bathroom also retain their vintage vibe. A drop leaf desk and 100 mbps Wi-Fi provide a comfortable working space. Come in the spring or summer to see the garden in full bloom! (Photos included here do not do it justice...) The dappled shade of a grape covered pergola is a wonderful place for lunch. The house has two bedrooms that look out on the gardens. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Water in the house is delicious, purified well water. A 55" tv is in one of the bedrooms (disguised by a pull-down map). It has Roku but no cable. Enjoy lots of games and books to read, a piano in the living room and access to high speed internet and WiFi. Wander in the gardens or orchard in the back. Relax or dine under the shady grape arbor. I live in a small cottage in the back of the property. While I respect your privacy, I enjoy meeting new guests and welcome your questions. On parle francais. Se habla espanol. The house is located in apple country, outside the small town of Sebastopol. It's very easy to find in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood across the street from a Christmas tree farm. Apple orchards and vineyards are within walking distance. The quaint town of Graton is half a mile away. It has an art gallery operated by local artists, an antique store and a variety of restaurants including the Underwood Bar and Bistro, rated as "number 4 of America's 50 Most Amazing Wine Experiences by the Food and Wine Magazine." A recent article in the local paper describes nearby Graton well: https://www.pressdemocrat.com/news/9514352-181/explore-graton-west-county-town?artslide=1 In the town of Sebastopol, there is a large variety of popular restaurants. We also have over 40 wineries, including the top rated: Merry Edwards, FEATURED IN JULY 2014 ISSUE OF SUNSET MAGAZINE and just 0.2 miles from the house! Graton Ridge Cellars, FEATURED IN JULY 2014 ISSUE OF SUNSET MAGAZINE and 0.6 miles from the house! Red Car Wine Company, 0.3 miles away. Iron Horse Vineyards also featured in July 2014 issue of Sunset Magazine and 3.6 miles from the house! Other recommended wineries in Sebastopol include: Lynmar Iron Horse Taft Street Cahill Dutton-Goldfield (one third mile from house) Scherrer Freeman Marimar. Enjoy several hiking trails close by, or drive on scenic country roads directly from the house to a variety of attractions. There is a gorgeous half-hour drive through the town of Occidental to the ocean. The Russian River Steelhead Beach is 5.6 miles away. Drive ten minutes farther to visit Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve where you can walk through a towering forest of trees that are hundreds of years old. Historic Healdsburg, with its central plaza, shops, restaurants and wineries is also a scenic 25 minute drive away. The 9-hole Sebastopol Golf Course is a little over a mile away. There is a variety of grocery stores in Sebastopol. My favorite is Andy's, a fruit and vegetable stand that also carries other food. It takes 3 minutes to drive there. This area was not impacted by the fires.

The Ranch of the Rising Sun, a mining base camp built in the 1920's, is the perfect balance of rustic charm and modern amenities. Off grid on a full solar system and water well, the home also provides high speed wifi, state of the art cooling and heating systems on a smart NEST thermostat, flatscreen tv with Netflix, Amazon etc, new top of the line oven / stovetop, vintage sound system with Bluetooth capabilities, keyless door entry etc. Guests have access to the entire house and property, including the wood burning stove (eucalyptus firewood is provided at all times free of cost), cowboy wood burning hot tub / cool dipping pool, grand piano, native cactus garden, fire pit, outdoor banquet dining table, hammock, alkaline drinking water, and some of the best hiking in the area right out the back door. The house and property are also right off of Pioneertown Road, with no long rough dirt roads to navigate and beat your car up on. The ranch was built and owned by Julian Pinder, who has lived in the area for years. Rent from locals, not out-of-town investors! Entire house and property, as well as endless hiking and adventuring right behind the house on thousands of acres of stunning Wildlands Conservancy land, no tourists or park fees to deal with, just old fashioned exploring! There are detailed self-check in instructions. Tyler, my friend and property manager lives nearby and I'm 5 miles away at my other ranch. We respect your privacy 100% but if you need any advice, help, or have any questions we are always available by text or phone 24 hours a day. Pioneertown was built in the late 40's as a functioning movie set by Roy Rogers and the Sons of Pioneers; hundreds of Westerns have been shot here. Catch live music at Pappy and Harriets, minutes away, and go hiking and horseriding out the back door. Unfortunately you'll need a vehicle out here, it's rural! *There's a very strict maximum of 4 guests in the house as the solar and septic system cannot handle any more than that.

Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local tax. We are on gated 3 acres. The pool sits between the guest house and our house.
