Se encuentra ubicada a 800 metros de la playa de Ajabo, y a 5 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo, donde se pueden encontrar supermercados, restaurantes y centros de ocio. Está a 4 km del Hotel Hard Rock y a 9 km de Las Américas.

The appartement has a wonderful view of the sea and 2 min from a nice swimming spot. Quiet neighborhood with a nice terasse and shops and restaurants all around the place. Privat swimming pool. It has been renovated in May 2019 and has 2 double beds. dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, bedsheets and towels, etc. Most suitable for 2 people, but can be rent to 4 people if needed. Only 30‘ from the airport. No private parking but parking possibilities down the road.
