We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.

The house "El Mar" (The Sea), was given this name due to its impressive location on the top of a small cliff where it stands as an unbeatable balcony over the never ending day and night spectacular changes of the Atlantic ocean. Placed in the north cost of Tenerife, as part of a small private housing development of only 12 houses, it´s surrounded by banana plantations, excepcional views protected natural area of La Rambla Castro, where canarian nature and seashore can be enjoyed.

Villa Palms is a stunning 5 bed villa sleeping 12 people. The property is set on one level and offers plenty of space throughout. Outside terrace offers a fantastic haven to enjoy outdoors living and soak up the sunshine. There is a very large private swimming pool which ensures hours of fun for all the family and offers pool 5 m by 10 m heated during the winter months which makes this villa a fantastic choice all year round.
