Outside terrace offers a fantastic haven to enjoy outdoors living and soak up the sunshine. There is a very large private swimming pool which ensures hours of fun for all the family and offers pool 5 m by 10 m heated during the winter months which makes this villa a fantastic choice all year round. There is air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms except one, the one that does not have air conditioning has a manual fan.
