Very happy with our host and the resort!

The place was as it was described. The help took care of a lot of things. It was a really nice stay. We came as a group of 9 and really enjoyed the place.

Theo place is great! It’s managed by the resort so if there is any they will help and resolve any issues (towels, amenities, water, etc) Check-in … everything was fantastic! There was an issue with my passport but they resolved it the best they could. Very satisfied Service … Theo is very responsive. Kind and understanding. We had some small issues but he made sure all we fixed or resolved within a timely manner Rental… the unit was like a small home which our family enjoyed (4 adults 3 kids) kids were so happy about the private pool! Rooms were clean and spotless. Water pressure was very good. They provided extra linen and water on 2nd day. Resturant within the area and villa dine in available with cart service anywhere in the complex. Overall.. if you are coming to cam Ranh please rent this unit from Theo, not only was he responsive he also took the time to meet our needs per our stay. I wish the best for Theo and hope to rent from him again. You won’t be disappointed!

An is an amazing host. Very helpful and quick with responses to are needs. The house is very beautiful, and in a quiet area. Only a few minutes in a taxi and you are in the heart of Nha Trang. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended An and her property! Thank you for making are stay very memorable.

Everything was perfect. Newly renovated, powerful A/C, clean bathroom, and fast internet. Kitchen and living room was shared, but I am the only guest. so I enjoyed to stay this peaceful rural area.

I chose this villa for a large family (8 adults and 3 infants) trip to celebrate my mom's welcome. The children are young and have chosen to take a retreat among us. 1. The number of rooms and bathrooms is sufficient, so there is no inconvenience at all. 2. Breakfast was available, so it was convenient. 3. Massage was available at the accommodation, so it was divided into two groups. Thanks to this, I was able to get a massage without worrying about babies. 4. Delivery available in the villa, I used a few delivery services through the app. 5. There were few bugs. 6. Free daily cleaning service 7. 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Vinh Wonders Cable Car Dock. 8. Above all, the owner was so kind. They responded quickly to all my inquiries and made reservations for transportation.Thanks to you, I had a comfortable trip. Thank you for the fruit you sent me in the morning. If I go on another big family trip, I want to stay at an accommodation like this again.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. It even had a grand piano in the dining room. 10/10 would recommend.

What’s important to understand about Diamond Bay is that it is absolutely beautiful. The price for this place is about 1/10th the cost of what it would be in Hawaii. A nice condo with a great bathtub. The resort feel of this place is awesome and you will have the sense of everything being done just for you because it’s set up to feel private with high service. The dinner restaurant by the pool has many options for different diet requirements so if you aren’t into seafood you will have selections that work. The pool is Olympic size and again there aren’t a ton of people so everything is calm and peaceful. From the moment of check in everyone everywhere in this resort is smiling and friendly. The best things about this place is the beach which is very private, the pool and dinners and breakfast and outstanding communication with the host. The price is unbelievable for what you get. I went to the beach and laid out on a lounge chair and went to sleep with waves in the background. Awesome!

Nice and clean place.

Beautiful resort setting. Small but well-designed room. The whole spread-out pool area is wonderful for reading and swimming, just relaxing. The only downside is the limited access to food, cooking and restaurants. There is one very good restaurant onsite but you won't be doing any cooking yourself unless you bring your own pots, pans and food to take to the common kitchen. There is also no easy access to a grocery store unless you take a taxi four or five miles away. The pool setting and access to the beach is perfect and the hostess is very responsive to all inquiries. With access to food it would be easy to stay here for weeks on end but as it is it's more suited to just overnight stays connected to your airport arrivals and departures.

The apartment was clean, cozy and with a beautiful sea view. The beach is across the street. It's very cool that the building has a supermarket and a shopping center. There are many restaurants around. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time in Nha Trang. Love Nhan’’s place. Easy check-in, very clean space, and great location. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nha Trang.

Really comfortable, roomy apartment with a stunning ocean view, and a great location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a large grocery store. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal including lots of tools, utensils, cups, bowls, etc. Couch is comfortable, good WiFi, plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Washing machine and AC work great. A few things to be aware of: Bed is quite firm and up against the wall (a little awkward for the person against the wall to get out of bed), and you might want an eye mask for the morning sun coming into the bedroom (I used an eye mask but my husband didn’t feel the need, so it just depends on how sensitive you are). We absolutely loved this apartment and our host was super kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we’re in Nha Trang!

We had a wonderful stay at Gin’s apartment and would gladly return in the future! The place is very cozy, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has an absolutely stunning view from the window. It’s located in a great complex with shops, restaurants, fruit stands, and even a local market with exotic goods not far away. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely come back to visit Gin again!

Jun is a very helpful host. Good communicator and helped us arranged a ride back to the airport. We really appreciated his support. Overall the accommodation matched the description. It is in a good location and worth the money you pay for it

The largest and the best stay we ever stayed in Vietnam so far. Out of the 6 places we stayed at so far including 2 nights on Cruise and at beautiful Sapa Valley, this has topped the list. The amenities listed were provided. The host is very friendly and takes care of her guests really well. Easy check-in, safe building with security and cameras, quick walk to the beach, many local shops and marts nearby. The place has good aircon, clean bathrooms and everything needed for the stay. They provided really good shampoo, conditioner and body wash, not those hotel packages ones, but real big bottles from the mart. Hot water 24 x 7. Felt like home overall. The view from the balcony is really enjoyable. Open curtains after 8pm and going to bed watching the moon rise with it’s reflection on the ocean is the best view we ever had. The pool is very clean and almost nobody uses it making it very private. They provided a washer and a drying rack too. Elevators were quick and convenient. 10/10 ?
