Distance of 2.7 km to the center of the tourist area of Capivari, being possible to go down on a relaxing walk, to go up you can take advantage of the cable car and then continue on foot to the apartment. By car, approximately 5 minutes. Uber and taxi available. Public transportation only to Morro do Elefante (+/- 700 meters).

An excellent stone house for a couple, very warm room, with great location within the city of Monte Verde, 5 minutes by car from Monte Verde Avenue (main), close to cachaçaria, market, bakeries, chocolate and soap factory, also close to Sol Nascente Avenue (another avenue with shops).
