The site is located within a private nature reserve in the best neighborhood (Santa Barbara do Alto - Pedra Vermelha) of SFX. Reserved but not isolated. There are 4 houses within the reserve, but the distance between each of them ensures total privacy. The number of waterfalls within the property is very large, and there are several trails for those who like to walk and be in direct contact with nature.
