Great apartment, very cozy, close to restaurants, markets, pharmacies, with wonderful sea views. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils. Bed linens were smelling, well decorated and clean apartment. I and my family love the stay.

Impeccable, clean, comfortable accommodation and exactly as in the photos. The host was extremely attentive, polite and helpful throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Everything is excellent, close to everything, good services. The apartment is very functional. It has everything. The washing machine was a lifesaver. You just need to buy some snacks and you'll be all set. The front desk staff is very friendly.

Large apartment, perfectly accommodated 8 adults, balcony in the living room and in the three bedrooms with perfect sea view, all exactly as in the listing. Everything clean and organized with great location. Attentive host gave us all the necessary guidelines and clarified doubts quickly.

The accommodation is excellent for family and friends, with comfortable rooms and private bathroom. The house offers several utensils and has plenty of space for everyone to be at ease, providing a feeling of being at home.

We felt at home, everything was wonderful, we loved every corner, beautiful, cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, 24-hour laundry. Valeu every penny, and Dona Detinha is a lovely person, always at your disposal and an immeasurable affection. We will definitely come back another time.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

The accommodation was great, it was very clean, with clothes and bed and bath in good condition, close to facilities such as market and restaurants and the hosts very helpful. I'd definitely stay back in town.

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!
