Holiday rentals with beach access in State of Santa Catarina

Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

Excellent apartment. Limpo!! Kitchen complete with high quality equipment and utensils. TV room with excellent appliance and couch. Bedroom with great bed and bed linens! It surprised in a very positive way.

Great place to stay! You feel at home, it has everything you need to have a perfect stay. The entrance is beautiful, it has a Paraguayan hammock, chairs and refrigerator to take to the beach, cleaning supplies, an armchair and a TV table to enjoy during the night, the kitchen very well equipped, it had two blenders, coffee maker, electric pava and everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is very clean and complete. The only thing uncomfortable was the sleeping mattress, the rest is very good! It is a small place but for two people it is ideal, do not worry about the space because everything is perfectly accommodated! The neighborhood is quiet, you can walk, we prefer to use uber, but a few blocks away there is an avenue with several businesses, restaurants and an excellent hypermarket. The beach can also be reached by walking. It was a pleasure staying in this house, and it's definitely a place to recommend!

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They're nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the soul. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

a chalet carved within nature, with all the usefulness of a functional, cozy and pleasant environment. A benchmark in hosting. Perhaps, the one that delighted us most in these Airbnb years. The service that precedes all these qualities is also highly recommended. we will return!

The watchtower house is a sensational place, the neighborhood is excellent, the view is wonderful, and the house is exactly as in the photos! We had an excellent winter holiday, enjoying the view and the peace that the neighborhood's silence provides. A 10!

Our stay was excellent! Everything very well taken care of, impeccable cleanliness, quiet, peaceful place, very attentive and thoughtful host. We loved the accommodation and all the care they took to make our stay a truly unique experience, as well as the romantic decoration they did on their own, when they learned that my boyfriend and I were celebrating our 3 years together. Not to mention the spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the Jurerê shoreline! I hope we can be back soon!

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Thanks for everything Amadeu - incredible host!

Excellent place, just as in the photos, Gabriel is a great host helped us a lot, we will definitely be back, near pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

Very spacious house and friendly host. Clear instructions on how to get there but if you don’t follow exactly you will miss the entrance as it’s hidden. Overall I was very satisfied and got exactly what I expected

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We’d definitely return back again if we come back to Balneário Camboriú again! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

It was an incredible experience, John's apartment is extremely comfortable, everything was clean, cozy and the view of the beach is the most beautiful thing. I loved it; and I will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and holds SUV vehicles with maneuverability. The condominium has a Thailand-inspired garden, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool and with ray, very well equipped gym, better than a lot of hotel. The hostess was always very solicitous and answered all my questions. I recommend it!

The apartment is nice, comfortable and clean. It is very close to the beach and other activities and/or restaurants. Both Liz and Sirley treated us very well and quickly. We would definitely book there again.
