Downtown is two blocks away, with popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses all close by. Plenty of safe and well lit street parking available. A city bus stop is very close, with freeways, light rail, and Cal train a mile away. Willow Glen is a quaint neighborhood of San Jose, with its charming old homes, and vibrant downtown businesses. This was my second stay at Alice's studio. I was looking forward to returning and wasn't disappointed. She allowed my son and daughter-in-law to stay on the two nights I wasn't there. The studio is easily walkable to downtown Campbell, across the street from a fitness track, and so quiet. I had total privacy and looked forward to returning to the space at the end of the day. It is within walking distance of my daughter's house, and my family agrees that Alice's studio is a real find. The back garden is gorgeous. I would feel happy staying there even if I wasn't going to visit family - just for a personal retreat! Thank you Alice for yet another wonderful week and your generous hospitality. I look forward to returning

Jill's place was perfect for my needs - a quiet and clean space to recharge. The location isn't central to anything, but I can't imagine anywhere being more accessible to everything. Hike in the hills? 10 minute drive. Groceries? 5 minute drive in 15-minute walk. Highway? 5 minute drive. The bathroom is recently renovated and done very tastefully. I may be a bit of a toilet geek and she's got one of those new sideways flushing Totos! Could only be improved by a matching bidet. Rain-style shower was warm, clean, and flowed well. Desk space is available - keyboard, mouse, monitor. I didn't need this so it only ate up some floor space that I didn't really need, but a good option to have! A great little heated outdoor space greets you after strolling through Jill's lovely smelled and cared for garden. A really nice way to start the stay and every morning. Complimentary snacks and a mini-fridge are also included. Jill was an outstanding host too. Would stay again! Thank you!
