Holiday rentals with beach access in Cameron County

I absolutely loved my stay here! The space was super nice, clean, and exactly as described. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Mrs Jessica was an amazing host, very kind, helpful, and her response time was incredibly fast. I truly appreciated her hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!

My family and I had a great stay over Father's Day weekend. The place is on the first floor so it was easy for us to walk right outside and down to the beach. Gorgeous sunrises every morning! Weekend summer fireworks are easily seen from the property. We would recommend and will definitely be back.

We had a great time despite bad weather. The condo was clean, lots of great kitchen supplies and overall very comfortable. The complex could use a little tlc as it’s showing its age but overall a nice stay.

I highly recommend Monica's condo if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation. She is a great host and responds to quickly to questions. My husband and I traveled to SPI for a quick getaway. The first thing we noticed when walking into the condo is that it was spacious with a beautiful view of the gulf. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is a corner unit with a large balcony where we enjoyed spending our evenings listening to the waves and one evening watching fireworks. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that the elevators were slow. I only noticed this during check-in because multiple people were checking in at the same time. Other than this we didn't wait long. The condo is located next to stairs which was also a convenient option. To sum things up, we had a great time and would love to stay at Monica's condo the next time we return to SPI!

Had a great stay, didn’t have any issues and had everything you would need for a nice weekend at the island. Super close to the beach and restaurants, and host was friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

We will definitely try to book this place again in the future, we’ve already saved this location on our “favorite” place to stay, and allowing my dogs which one is a retired medical assistant dog which just turned 16 years old.

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Thanks for letting me stay at your house I appreciate it. If I am ever back in the neighborhood I would stay again if it was open.

The place is spacious with a large kitchen, lots of countertops, big dining room table no clutter, and a bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms are all upstairs. The adult rooms are large and the master bedroom has a large bathroom and an additional room with a bunkbed for children and that was perfect for us. And the third bedroom accommodates four people. The house is just as a pictures show, quiet the view, is gorgeous, walking distance from everything. Interesting artwork♥️

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. The house's relaxed vibe and picturesque surroundings made it easy to unwind and create lifelong memories. From beach bonfires to sunset strolls, every moment felt like a dream come true. Great place, clean, well decorated and it has everything you need, from games, books and toys to all the kitchen supplies. Our hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question or issues.

We had a great time at the Condo and the access was easy and pools were great. We had plenty of room and the Condo was a perfect fit for our family, will rent the place again.

8 years I've been coming to the island and this is definitely one of my top stays if not the top. loved the master shower, plenty of towels, very close to restaurants and the beach, probably one of the most ideal places to stay for people who want options to be beach bums or go experience some night life. Pool was clean, family friendly, but was especially great for our couples trip. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy.
