It has water and electricity permanently thanks to a 100 m borehole in the rock and a 40 kVA generator with automatic inverter. Hot water is produced from solar panels. Closed and guarded 24 hours a day by a private security company. A paved road leads to Avenue Jean Paul II. It has all the amenities for a peaceful stay.
