Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

Buiten waan je je in een bos aan de rand van de bollenvelden met in de verte uitzicht op de duinen. Binnen in de pipowagen is het sanitair luxe, net als de faciliteiten in de yurt. Welcome to our Dune Villa! Nestled in between 3 nature reserves, this is the perfect get-away to completely unwind. The villa is perfectly located to discover the Schoorl Dune Reserve, Hondsbossche zeewering and Harger- and Pettemerpolder. After a long hike or cycling trip, you can relax in the spacious bath for two in the stylish bathroom with windows overlooking the dunes. And from the recliner in the study you have a magnificent view of our beautiful 1,000m2 garden.

Dream away in the hot tub (optional €45 first day/€25 next days, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows. Completely new modern, luxury Lodge with sauna. Enjoy the tranquility and space from the living room and the terrace with unobstructed view of the mill. Relax in your private sauna and cool off outside on the terrace. Incl. use of bath towels and bathrobes. Within walking distance, you can order food from the Restaurant de Molenschuur. The Lodge is close to the center of Alkmaar and the beach of Bergen or Egmond. Also enjoy walking in the dunes in Schoorl.

This cozy summer house is located on our property behind our home. It has a nice kitchenette, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you to use to your heart's content. Peace, space and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Groet.

De Duinroos

A unique place, located directly on the outskirts of the Schoorlse Duinen nature reserve. Within walking and cycling distance of the beaches of Camperduin and Hargen aan Zee. Shops are nearby. Here you can enjoy the sea, the beautiful forest and the unique dune landscape. The Duinroos has its own entrance, and you have your own private parking space during your stay.
