Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

What a fantastic apartment Edvin has , brilliant location, superbly equipped, quality of crockery etc was excellent. Lay out of the apartment was perfect for our group of 4 golfers but would also suit 2 families easily Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home John

We had a great time at Sonia's apartment! For the price, the apartment is faithful to the images, small but with everything you need to have a good stay. The pillows are too soft, I already mentioned it to Sonia. Keep in mind that there is not much storage to undo the suitcase so that's something to keep in mind. The area is very quiet so if you are looking for tranquility, intimacy and beach it is perfect. For a little more activity, good restoration and such… you have to get around.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

We felt very much at home, the apartment was even nicer than seen in the photos. Roberto was extremely friendly and the check-in and check-out were straightforward. Communication with Minka went smoothly and we felt well taken care of. There were also a lot of toys for our child, which was a perfect addition to the toys that we took with us ourselves. We have left Minka's place with a laughing and a crying eye and hope to be able to spend another stay here.

Fermín's accommodation was new with modern and tasteful decoration, it had beautiful views of the two seas and was very clean. Many extras that were worth it and make the stay very comfortable and with many options for recreational activities. There are also many options for getting around, such as bus stops, bicycles, scooters, etc. The area is very quiet, at least on the dates we traveled. We highly recommend it, Thank you Fermín!!

second time we have stayed and will not be the last. it's a beautiful apartment in a great location, a home from home.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

the stay in José's house is super pleasant, the house is much nicer in person that in photographs everything is very clean , a lot of kitchenware , everything is very clean towels and clean sheets. We loved the house and the treatment received the area is very quiet and very well located , we felt right at home. I recommend José's apartment 100%

Very good quiet accommodation with a great view. Paco and Maria are very responsive and always give good advice on visits to restaurants and activities.

A short weekend break at the apartment, very nice rooms and even the neighbours on both sides are lovely . We will plan another trip soon .

communication in advance very pleasant. Since I am disabled, I need more care and amenities than a 100% person. Above all, a lot to find out if the apartment was suitable Sergio helped very well. Also during our stay. For example, there is a high table with bar stools. Not doable for me. Sergio immediately provided another dining area

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The apartment is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with anything you may possibly need. Extremely well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, tablewear and even tupperware that you can borrow for kids snacks. Beds are very comfortable, wall wardrobes huge to store your things. Some indoor and outdoor toys were also there. The place is quite remote so car is recommended. We stayed there for a week and most of the time the swimming pool was unoccupied and only for our use. The area was super quiet and we enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony. Sunny roof terrace was perfect for drying swimming costumes and towels. For delicious tapas / breakfast in very good price and amazin mountain views I can recommend Venta El Gerruchal that was 15 min drive from the apartment. Italian restaurant Mano a Mano in city centre of Murcia serves delicious pizzas if you need to feed some fussy eaters 😊 I hope to come back to Dick's place!

Flexible check-in, cozy apartment with everything you need for cooking. Very nice terrace and next to the beach. We went for two days and felt very comfortable.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

Lovely place . Spotlessly clean . Great to have 3 separate outside areas to use . Not overlooked either . We used the large rooftop solarium lots . There is also a gas barbecue here . Loads of storage and the most comfy huge bed in the main bedroom . Good showers aswell and easy to use aircon . Little utility room off the downstairs bathroom with washing machine if needed . Plenty of very nearby parking and very short walk to the swimming pool . Excellent communication from the owners and local key holder . Highly recommended . Just book it !😊

The experience has been brutal!! Paco's apartment is perfect, it has a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the pool is super quiet (at least the dates I was staying). As I arrived at lunchtime, Paco took care of making the best recommendations for restaurants in the area. As a host, it's the best I've found in this app, not only did he recommend beaches, coves and restaurants, but also plans to do in the area that I enjoyed a lot. 100% recommended, if I return to the area I know where to stay!!! Thank you for the magnificent experience

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.
