For those who want to wake up to the sounds of birds, our village house is just for you. It is located at the entrance of the village and has a large garden with no houses within 150 meters. We also do real estate consultancy and help with the purchase and sale of field, garden and houses. Since we have a hardware store, we help with the repair and construction of the house. Our house is located in the middle of the village, you can choose either the sea or the mountains. Grocery stores and markets are available in the district center. Our district center is 5 kilometers away.

Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

You can work remotely and do all your work in a calm and quiet environment with the comfort of your home. If you don't want to share your living spaces with others on your vacation, this is the place for you. We also have a dog living with us. She is very docile and friendly. We cannot keep Safiye, who only wants to be loved, on a leash. Therefore, our place is not suitable for people with a dog phobia.

I live In north part of Eagean Sea, a place surrounded by olive trees with view of Lesvos Island. I decided to share my house some times with people who likes peaceful holiday ( I will be staying in a cottage apart in the garden or travelling). There are small clean beaches around, with restaurants. Also authentic villages and historical places (Trojan, Assos etc.) to visit around. House available for the guests who cares environment, saving energy and water.
