Assos sivrice misafir evi

Our guest house, which is located in the garden surrounded by our own detached house, is located 100 meters from the sea in Assos Sivrice (Sokakağzı coast) among olive trees. The garden is a common area, but our guest house is independent of our own house and the living areas are also separate. There is 1 double bed, a kitchen (with supplies), a bathroom, a mini fridge, a single sofa that can be turned into a bed, and a television. We have pawed friends in the garden, including cats and dogs.

This historic site, formerly used as a village-style olive oil factory, has been restored over three years to its current state. It consists of three buildings (oil mill, house, stable), all adjacent. The 120 square meter garden is surrounded by a 4-meter wall Transportation is required. It is 30 minutes from Troy and 10 kilometers from Assos. The nearest sea is 5 minutes away by car, and other bays are 15-20 minutes away. You can find excellent fish and meat dishes in the surrounding area.

Our private rooms with gardens have been restored by preserving the existing structure. You can enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation in our rooms in the courtyard. The bazaar, market, health center are within walking distance and the beach is 3 km away, 5 minutes by car. Nearby places to visit are Bozcaada, Asos, Behramkale, Dalyan Kalpli Lake, Kumburun Bay, Aleksandra Troas, Sivrice Bay, Antikkent, Papaz Beach, etc.

A peaceful place with a large terrace and a breathtaking sunset view. The village beach is 500 meters from our house. There are straw umbrellas on the beach, and access to the sea via a pier and stairs. The sea water is cool and clean. The beach is rocky. You can see it in detail in the additional photos

It's a unique place to experience the tranquility of Bozcaada. There are 2 types of rooms in the same garden: a 200-year-old historical Greek mansion and a new building with a detached garden. It has its own beach and free parking.
