A peaceful place with a large terrace and a breathtaking sunset view. The village beach is 500 meters from our house. There are straw umbrellas on the beach, and access to the sea via a pier and stairs. The sea water is cool and clean. The beach is rocky. You can see it in detail in the additional photos

It's a unique place to experience the tranquility of Bozcaada. There are 2 types of rooms in the same garden: a 200-year-old historical Greek mansion and a new building with a detached garden. It has its own beach and free parking.

You can contact us via the Perçem Bağ Evleri page on Google. Our place is a completely independent, private room with a sea view, a kitchen, a bathroom/toilet, and a terrace. It has a separate entrance.
