Karla's apartment is excellent! All renovated, with a beautiful view, everything well organized, air conditioning in perfect condition, great TV room and excellent bedroom. The location is great too! Next to the supermarket, a few steps from the beach and with easy access to the back street, which has great restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlors, and a pharmacy. It is perfect for those who go to Santos by bus, because you don't need a car for anything!

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds. We will certainly return . Gratitude❤️
