Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beach, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and responsive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Hostess was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. I had a great experience! The location was perfect for my purpose (it's a 2-minute walk from where I would work)! In addition, it is close to the mall and several bakeries and supermarkets. The apartment is exactly as advertised, it has many utensils (iron, dryer) the kitchen has various appliances (blender, coffee maker, etc.). Bruno is very helpful, the reception staff are polite and helpful. Anyway, I found the value extremely fair for what is offered and I would certainly stay again.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

This apartment is certainly one of the best accommodations in Santos. Located on the beach block and with plenty of shops around (restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc.), in addition to the good taste in the decoration, it has everything that is necessary for a pleasant stay, as if you were at home. It has a washer and dryer, microwave, stove and other kitchen utensils. It also has beach items (chairs, etc.). The building's employees are polite and the place is quiet. Helena was very kind and attentive to us since the reservation. I recommend it to everyone.

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

All well cared for, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: just a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! The host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact.
