Holiday rentals with beach access in Canal de l'Ourcq

Had a great week at Franck's place. Close to Metro to get around everywhere we needed to. Pastry shop and grocery store within 2 min walk. Went to pastry shop every day. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Cute clean place got everything u need for. Short stay, big screen and nice tub, a good supermarket just opposite the street and there are bakeries around too, Camille was very helpful even we didn’t get chance to meet in person! Recommend

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

This was a great find. We had booked somewhere in the Marais but they cancelled us at fairly short notice so we decided to look further away from the centre - and we were very glad we did. The apartment is very convenient, just next to the Metro (only 3 stops from Gare du Nord) on a nice little square just back from the main road. Easy walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (great for picnics) and to the Canal de l'Ourcq which has plenty of non-touristy bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, a good size and well-equipped. Just as described (including the bike!). It really was like staying in a proper home, not a rental. Fabrice gave helpful info beforehand and was very friendly and responsive. We really liked this place and would happily return.

My stay at Gérard's place was great! The apartment is just as shown, and is very spacious. Even though it's on a busy street, the apartment faces the courtyard and is very quiet. Location is 10/10 and it's a great value for the price. We did have a delay checking in since there was a typo in the code sent to us, but Gérard responded reasonably promptly to help us!

Very friendly welcome from Bernard and Maryse. Additional details given by Bernard before our arrival to facilitate our installation. A charming place, decorated with care and overlooking a well-maintained garden. Everything was planned with various products for breakfast to facilitate the start of the stay, and complete equipment to allow cooking on site (fridge, microwave and hob). Quality bedding and linens provided. Very quiet neighborhood, easy parking and close to the center of L'Isle Adam. A place to remember for a very pleasant stay in this beautiful region.

A beautiful airbnb that is equipped with all comforts. Marie Claude gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The house is neat and clean and a good base to visit Paris (40 minutes by train from Marles and Brie).

Brigitte is a very responsive and welcoming host. Her house is beautiful, spacious, clean and tidy. A real piece of countryside just around the corner from Paris. It feels good. I highly recommend it!!!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

The apartment and the courtyard to sit outside are really super nice! We had a great time. The water park with a large park right across the street was great for the kids. We would come back anytime. Aurelie and Jerome were very kind.

Charming cottage nestled on an island. Easy access to Paris (allow about 1 hour by RER) The cottage is decorated with taste. It is pleasant, clean and comfortable. Delightful, very well-maintained garden that you can enjoy in the morning by having breakfast on the terrace accompanied by the birdsong. Very nice and friendly welcome from Magali the owner who is very available for her guests. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice accommodation adjacent to the main house. The area is quiet and the family's dog often came to visit. We recommend the accommodation for families with children.

Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is very nice. Close to shops and a pretty park just around the corner. If there is a problem or a question, the owners are immediately listening to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Very clean rental, in a very pleasant living environment, quiet. The hosts are very helpful, attentive and very kind. The only downside is that there is no living room and the kitchen is a little small (but there are several restaurants available just next door, within walking distance. We recommend it and will return, without hesitation, to Julien and Manon!
