We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. The purpose of the stay was to go to Disneyland and visit Paris. Very satisfied with the choice and Michaël's advice was valuable both for car parks or getting by public transport. I recommend it for families because the kids loved all the eyes available in the house. Everything is also close, restaurant, supermarket, Val d 'Europe and of course Disneyland a few minutes drive away.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

Great house for visiting Disneyland. We stayed here as 4 adults and 4 children. The house is 10mins drive to Disneyland, we used uber as it was cheaper than driving and parking. The house was clean, organised and the host was great at communicating. He always responded if we had any queries. Will definitely recommend.

2 nights in this nice studio for my parents, they loved it! They were able to easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they were not disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. Close to the airport, very clean apartment as usual, flexible host for schedules and responsive

We had a wonderful 4 nights stay at the flat. As a group of 8 with 4 young children, there was plenty of space for us all. Communication was great, always responsive and easy to check in. We spent 3 days in Disney, flat was perfectly located, only a 15minutes walk (although there is a bus if you prefer). Area was peaceful, with a lovely lake to walk around and handy for a local bakery, restaurants, shops and play park all within 5-10min walk. We would definitely stay again.

The Ascension weekend went very well at Alix and Vincent's house. The person who manages check-ins and checkouts is very friendly. The description is as expected on site. The garden is large, great if you have young children. From Pargny Filain, we can visit Soissons and Laon. Pushing a little further, a visit to Reims is recommended. Otherwise right next to the house, you can walk around the lake, and go to Monampteuil to enjoy a very nice view.

We had an unforgettable 3 days. The cottage and its garden make a perfect combination for those looking for comfort and relaxation. Naima did everything we could to make us feel at home. The beds are comfortable, the cottage is well maintained, the indoor temperature is ideal. We will come back without hesitation, because 3 days is too little😄. Thanks Naima.

My last visit to the "City of Love" was still from my school days. This visit was associated with many beautiful memories. Accordingly, I was full of positive expectations. All of these were confirmed. Claude and her husband are perfect hosts who are very concerned and eager about the well-being of their respective guests. The location of this property was perfect for my needs, as it can quickly lead to the city center of Paris if you want, but on the other hand, it has such a quiet and relaxing character that only local recreation areas or spa centers can offer. A perfect place to slow down and escape the sometimes stressful everyday life. Overall, this offer is also very suitable for long-term stays and highly recommended. I thank them both for helping to make my second visit to Paris an unforgettable experience.

A lovely house in a beautiful setting in the middle of the woods. Our kids loved the pond with boat. Juana and Eric live across the street so help if needed. Recommended.
