The sunset house.

The house has a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood, it is just in the seafront and has a great scenery. The sunsets are magical here. The place has two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and there is a backyard, all of them fully furnished and equipped. It is suitable either for short or even long stays. The city centre is 20 min by walk or 5 min by car. Moreover, there are a restaurant, a grocery store and a pharmacy within 3 min walking distance.

Favor de NO reservar sin antes leer los detalles de la publicación. NO ESTAMOS EN EL CENTRO, nos encontramos Aproximadamente a 4.5 km. de el, de la plaza principal y la parte del malecón donde están las letras de "Champotón", a 2 km., se encuentran los supermercados, zona de comercios, etc. Saliendo a la carretera principal se encuentra la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a 200 metros del mar. FACTURAMOS (mencionarlo antes de reservar).
