Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Candamo

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Very good stay, with very good location and parking nearby, the village has everything and you can walk anywhere.

We had a wonderful time in Cudillero - what a beautiful and charming place. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and gluten free shortcake was a delicious treat!

I loved Nicolás' apartment and I felt right at home. Much better than in the photos. Nicolás is very kind, always very attentive, and responds very quickly to messages, and his father is also a charming man. I recommend Nicolás' apartment without a doubt. Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Everything is modern and new. Thank you very much Marcos

House in a quiet area, there was a bit of humidity but the house had dehumidifier to use if needed. She covered expectations and Julio Antonio communicated kindly and smoothly throughout the stay

Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, cozy and with everything you need. On the part of the hosts, everything was easy, with good service and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, spread over three levels is great for a long season. In the lower area a fully equipped carport, social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen in which there is no missing element (including fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one double single) and a full bathroom. All clean and organized and with a nice decoration. The icing on a lovely porch with BBQ and grasshopper.... Upstairs double bedroom and attic with two twin beds. Brooch a heated salt pool that plays a lot You add to a host who turns into making things easier for you.... and you have a dream site in which a 4 day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for more time...

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

Maria’s place is a gem. We were delighted to stay in her property and she is amazing with customer service and beyond. I was very grateful she took time out of her busy agenda to meet us and share her knowledge of the area. Thanks, Maria we will see you in the near future! Maria and Jose

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

The apartment was very nice, clean and very well equipped in terms of kitchenware and needs. The location is great for getting around Luarca, and despite being in the middle of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, you don't hear anything. Communication with the owner was very easy. Totally recommendable.
