I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

We booked this place for our helper, driver and dog to stay in for the weekend during a wedding and it was perfect. Jannette was so nice and very flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. She was also very responsive and gave clear instructions. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple, comfortable place to stay in the Nuvali area.

we had a truly pleasant stay. the place was cozy and set in a beautiful, serene environment. Rowena was incredibly accommodating. she assisted us with all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. the locals in the area were also very welcoming, which made us feel at peace. it was an amazing experience, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier parts of town. if given the chance, we’d definitely love to come back! 😊

its our second time here and we loved it! Maricel's place is already our go to place everytime we come home from Singapore. Her place is very beautiful. She and her husband is very accommodating and very friendly. They always check on us if we are comfortable and if we need anything. We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

We came back for another stay — this time, we booked two of their villa properties, one for our small family and the other for my husband’s side of the family. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and fun getaway together! Each villa was spacious and well-equipped, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining areas, and a private pool. We loved having the extra space to unwind, and the girls especially enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The villas were clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The peaceful surroundings were such a refreshing escape from the city. Just a heads-up though — since you're close to nature, expect quite a few insects. Bringing insect repellent definitely helps! As always, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite the calm and quiet setting, you still have city conveniences nearby like SM Lipa and Grab delivery. It’s definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

I had a very pleasant overnight stay. Wifi was good and was able to work. Slept well on the comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean. I wish I had tried the pool :-) beautiful garden made it extra special.

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

Ms. Flor and Ted was very accommodating in our request to checkin late since we came from NCR after work. The place was also super nice. It felt like home. It was well maintained and very spacious for a room for 2. Would definitely recommend!

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

Daren’s place was compact, private, and clean—exactly what I needed to focus and get some work done. The location is convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store at the nearby Shell station and a great Persian restaurant right in the building. Daren was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!

The place was cozy and comfortable overall. The air conditioning worked great, and the bed was very relaxing. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. If you're very meticulous person when it comes to cleanliness, this place might not meet your expectations. In our case, we found a melted ice cream spill on the floor that had already attracted ants. The bathroom also had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Additionally, the keyhole should be replaced as it was difficult to unlock the door especially when carrying several items. Lastly, the carpets and slippers should be cleaned/replaced as well, as they’ve become dark from accumulated dirt and dust. Overall, for its price I think it's quite worth it naman. Loved our stay in this place. I think out of all the places I have stayed in Tagaytay, this unit has the best and most amazing view of Taal Lake! The place was super clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Wi-Fi was fast too — great for getting some work done. Perfect spot for small families or working remotely. Would definitely book again!
