Beachfront holiday rentals in Candolim

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

The place is great for family. It's nice and cozy, felt like home! Host is very responsive and gets things as requested. staff's are very helpful and available when ever required. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful one.

It was a good experience with Hillary being the perfect host and Celina being in touch regarding all questions. They have both been very exact with every detail. No surprises at all. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the beach for someone who wants to enjoy the dusk and the dawn too it’s THE place. The two awwdorable pawies made it extra special. They gave more love than one would expect. Will miss both Shiba and Lucy.

This place is a short 10 min walk from Arambol Beach which was great because thats where I wanted to spend most of my time when in Goa. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with necessary supplies and utensils. Kartik and Sourabh are amazing hosts and they run a fun hostel right across the road. Great place to meet fellow travellers, eat good food and finish work before going to the beach. Would certainly visit again!

Sathish & Zallina are both wonderful hosts & go every step of the way to make sure your stay is memorable. Their property is super close to the beach & around a lot of good restaurants & cafes which makes it a rare find! The cottage has plenty of books & toys to keep my toddler engaged. The hosts went out of their way to celebrate my wife’s birthday & arranged a home-baked cake & decorations for her. Just goes to show how kind, attentive & generous hosts they are. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you’re looking for a nice & quiet getaway with your family.

The location of the Airbnb was great—very convenient, clean, and just a short walk to the beach, which was a big plus. The space itself was well-kept, beautifully done up with tasteful interiors, and comfortable throughout—no issues there. The society has a separate pool for kids, which was a nice touch. We also really appreciated how responsive the owner/caretaker was—when we asked for some extra utensils, they were arranged immediately. So thanks for that! There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. Fat Fish, just outside the society, is a must-try. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it!

The best place to stay, a familiar and walkable distance to the beach. The host is very friendly and active, and the flat is very well-maintained with quality interior.

Had an awesome stay host was super chill and helpful, Location couldn’t be better, everything was close by. The security guard was a total legend—always there to help with my scooty and cabs.

Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Mr. Dicosta and family, for not just opening your home to us — but also your hearts. We came as strangers and left with lifelong memories.

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

5 Stars, the Property was exactly like shown in the photos. Me and friends not once felt like leaving the Villa. It was literally our home for 4 days. The caretaker Rajesh Kumar was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Miss Pretam, the manager was very sweet and provided us with whatever we need during our stay. The property has everything needed and kitchen facilities with no compromise on the quality of furniture and equipment provided. Rooms were quite spacious, comfy and classy which gave us 5 star feeling. Definitely would recommend and visit here again during my next visit to Goa.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The 2 BHK space was neat, clean, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The building had good security, which made us feel safe throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the pool – a great place to relax after a day out. We had a fantastic stay at Saheel’s place during our trip to Goa. The location is unbeatable, with the beach just about a kilometer away and numerous pubs and restaurants within walking distance. It perfectly met our needs for convenience and accessibility. The property itself was spotless, exactly as described, and incredibly comfortable. The mattresses and bedsheets were of excellent quality, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably. Only the washing machine was not available at the property as it malfunctioned a while back, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, our stay was delightful, and the combination of a prime location, clean accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it truly memorable. We would highly recommend Saheel’s place to anyone visiting the Vagator beach area.

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Exactly as described and Stanley could not have been more helpful and supportive on our first trip to India. From booking taxis and exchanging currency to recommending activities and local restaurants. The rooms are clean , tidy and all have a/c. We felt this accommodation was ideal for our trip as it provided a base point from which we could explore the region and try out lots of local restaurants as well as being close to the beach and shacks for those well deserved beach days..

Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Would surely come back soon. P.S. people living in other cottages are very friendly!

We had an excellent stay at Karl's place...enjoyed the property... its bang on the beach yet private... lots of good eating and partying places around... the caretaker family of Santosh and his mom made delicious breakfast for us and cleaned the rooms everyday...totally worth the money spent...we were also lucky to have a very robust sea breeze all the 3 days... that made it even better... Karl's relative has a restaurant next door who provides 15% discount on food... excellent food (palms and sands)... all in all we thouroughly enjoyed and will surely come back to the property again post monsoons
