The house is excellent! The location is ideal... in a private neighborhood with 24-hour security... the pool is very good! Very good choice! I recommend renting a car for more comfort.

My stay was great, flawless home as well as being on the listing, super polite and friendly hosts.

From the moment we booked through the Helena platform she contacted us and throughout the process before arriving at the place we had constant communication. At the moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location of the house with the proximity to the main beaches such as do amor and downtown, also with supermarkets. Helena and the father welcomed us amazing! They gave us a full explanation of some locations of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and reference places. At all times we felt at home and every time we needed something Helena and her father attended us. The accommodation is as shown in the photo and has all the comforts to have a good stay. On the last day we got together for a barbecue with them. Lastly, I want to emphasize that Helena is a professional Chef and has an amazing menu menu I recommend trying shrimp fish! Tremendo!.

The house is great. Very good bedding. Missinho was very flexible with check-in and check-out. I'll come back one day.

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. Comfortable bed, everything as described, right in the center, close to everything. We only went to Madeiro on foot, but the rest we did everything on foot. It was wonderful. Rafaela was very helpful and attentive to messages, she helped us with everything we needed. I'll be back soon.

Excellent house, with great facilities. Everything works perfectly. We needed a kitchen utensil and the host quickly provided it. The condominium is beautiful and the trail to Praia do Madeiro is super quiet. We'll be back, for sure.

We stayed in the family at the flat, it served us very well. Cozy apartment and very well located, we did everything on foot...Julliana always answered us quickly and proved very helpful and cordial!!

How wonderful this place! The house finds itself in a very natural condominium that looks like a tropical jungle, which made the climate always more pleasant than the heat in the center of Pipa. The decoration of the house is in very good taste, made with a lot of love. All imaginable utensils were available. Tatiana and Daiana gave us a wonderful reception and told us how to invite the little monkeys (Sagui) to our veranda. We love to feed them banana and observe them. Every day a large family visited us (without entering the house). A hummingbird also came every day to visit. In the very hot hours of the day we refreshed ourselves in the pool in the condominium, which had shade. What wonderful vacancies! Paradise looked like! We want to return!!! Thank you very much Fernanda for renting this place so special and Tatiana and Daiana for us to receive and make it so beautiful and clean!

It was very nice to host with Victor. The condominium is very nice, very well located, a fantastic structure. We have breakfast (paid) at the condominium's restaurant. worth every penny. The pool is impeccable. The only thing that caught attention is the furniture in the apartment that is already a bit spoiled. But what matters was perfect that they are: the beds, air-conditioning and showers. The apartment is large and very comfortable, it's worth staying! It is near the main street of Pipa where the main restaurants and bars of the city are located. we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot. Worth a lot, we'll be back soon and we'll be in the same place!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is sensational, very well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is beautiful, spacious, cozy and extremely well cared for. We used the breakfast and cleaning service on one of the days, and we were attended by Michelle and Alcides, who proved to be caring, competent and very cordial people. The breakfast was delicious, with hotel pattern, and was served with great agility. From the arrival until the time of departure, we were very welcome. The communication with those responsible was always efficient, attentive and kind, which gave us total peace of mind. All guests were delighted with the experience. We already left planning our turn. The house is more than recommended. They were unique and very well spent days.

Our experience at this house in Pipa was excellent! The location is perfect: close to everything, with easy access to the center and the bustle of Pipa, but at the same time within a gated community, super quiet and safe. The house accommodated our group of 8 people very well, with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. Another positive point was the service of the hostess Luiza, always very attentive and quick in her responses. She was extremely understanding when I asked for an early check-in on behalf of my mother, who is elderly, which made all the difference for us to start the weekend calmly and comfortably. The house is very well equipped — it had everything we needed: kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels… Everything very organized and ready to use. I recommend the house with my eyes closed and I would definitely stay again! Our weekend was a success.

We went in a group of 10 people, and believe me, it was an incredible experience. The space met all our expectations. Large, beautiful, well-located house, close to everything. The host was super helpful, recommended places to go, always responding quickly. We've stayed in other beach houses, but this was undoubtedly the best. Very complete. It even had a washing machine and iron haha, everything in the house working perfectly, everything very clean, large and clean pool. Perfect! I highly recommend it. The only thing you should bring is blankets. But the hostess herself already tells you to bring it, otherwise the house has everything!

Our stay at Karina's place was simply wonderful!!! We enjoy Extraordinary Family Days!!! Me is missing words to describe how much we like! The house is even better than the photos. She is all beautiful and cozy, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, swimming pool, jacuzzi… The location is excellent, close to everything! Not to mention the attention Karina and Cristina paid us! We love and intend to return soon!

we spend days of rest in a wonderful chalet, where we can see care and attention in every detail. What a warm and wonderful place!!! Not to mention that it was sot takes a few steps and we had a wonderful view of the Guarairas Lagoon, and the perfect sunset. The communication with Evelina was great, she was always available when we needed her. I highly recommend it.

House located about 12 minutes by car to Pipa. Organized, clean and air-conditioned in all rooms and rooms. It has all utensils for a good stay. Sibauma is a quiet and safe place. I recommend to anyone who goes to meet/ have lunch in the CASHEW TREE bar (pleasant place with food and excellent service).
