Cosy wooden Eco Pods with stunning loch views on secluded 155 acre estate in Glen Cannich. Fully heated with proper beds and thick mattresses. Inverness 40 miles, Beauly 15 miles, Cannich 3 miles, close to Glen Affric and Loch Ness. Ideal for photographers; buzzards, golden eagles, badgers, otters and pine martens are found in the area. Large numbers of red deer graze in the fields in front of the Pods. Excellent walking with many Munros and the Affric-Kintail Way on the doorstep. Dog friendly.

Secluded Ptarmigan Yurt

For the first time since we installed it we are opening for the winter months as there are a lot of people around and the weather at the moment is quite warm. To do this we have installed a small oil heater which will keep the temperature up even when the fire is not lit. Once you light the fire it will be really cosy and warm. There is also an electric blanket on the bed for those colder nights. We do reserve the right to move you to the house if the weather becomes inclement.

The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
