Spotless apartment - brand new, perfect service and communication. Location a bit far from Center, but easy to park and lots of supermarkets around. Definately worth it!

The location is very good and the place looks just like the photos. They welcomed us with water, coffee, and cookies, a gesture that pleased us. It is ideal for washing clothes because there is a large clothesline and it gets a lot of sun. If you have clips, you can hang it in the sun. The bed was very comfortable. And a detail that is also worth mentioning: there is a booklet to understand the history of the tiles in the area!! We stayed 2 days but it was to stay longer. Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra are beautiful. And in the department as well.

David’s apartment was a great place for our night in Coimbra. It’s very close to the walled city, which made it easy to walk around and explore. It was also near several luggage storage places which helped on our partial day in the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the views of the old city. It was also near several cafes and restaurants, which was a bonus. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and very well maintained ground floor flat in Figueira da Foz. The flat is tastefully furnished, in excellent condition and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed by the sunny terrace - perfect for a relaxing start to the day or a cosy end to it. The location is also ideal: quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would happily return any time!

We really enjoyed discovering Coimbra from this apartment for three days. For us, the location in the pedestrian zone was ideal and also surprisingly quiet. The apartment has everything you need, especially great if you have a washing machine after two weeks of road trip. Check-in is straightforward and nice.

Great location and host! The flat is new, clean and has everything you need. Kids enjoyed quick access to the beach, and restaurants in area and Aveiro are great.

This apartment, or rather a tiny house, was so tastefully decorated and it had everything needed for a week stay. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful dishwear, super appliances! Modern and comfortable. Internet was reliable for two people remote working. The host was available and super friendly. Just one note: the shower door opening is only 31cm wide. This is not very accessible. A wider opening door or shower curtain would be better. Other than that, everything was just perfect. The apartment has beautiful details that give unique character to it, so delightful! A/C units with heating both downstairs and upstairs were very efficient but quiet, an absolute plus! Because the weather was stormy most days during our stay, we couldn’t enjoy the terrace but it was really lovely. Would love to stay in this apartment in the summer too!

Best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos and description of the accommodation do not do justice to what we found. Nothing is missing in this little paradise. Everything is thought out in detail to make us feel at home. The icing on the cake was Graça's kindness, who personally welcomed us and was available to help us in any way possible. The house was exactly like the photographs. From the moment of booking to check-out, D. Adelaide was an excellent host, always available and attentive. The amenities were very comfortable and every corner of the house surprised us with positive details, thought out in detail to ensure the well-being and comfort of all. The reception by D. Gloria was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the welcome cake... was simply divine! Without a doubt, an experience to repeat.

Sergio's apartment is impeccable, just as it appears in the photos, the Turkish bath is amazing, the barbecue space too, everything in general, 8 minutes from the center, super well located and easy to get to, Sergio is very friendly, attentive and answers very quickly, my partner and I had a great time, I'm sure we'll be back.

Spacious accommodation, very nice. Ideal for those who like to enjoy the beach. We would recommend it in a second.

Fantastic location and the house has everything you need. So many great touches I did not expect like bodyboard, toys, bbq etc Kitchen was stocked with coffee etc and had all the utensils for a great family feast.

Family of 9 we spent 3 days at the property. Paddleboard, Visited Barra, Costa Nova fish market, Aveiro and long beach walks. would recommend.

Modern minimalist accommodation in an Art Nouveau city was a great dichotomy. Dark moody dramatic vibes to the interior. Excellent modern artistic touches that evoked local themes. Balcony overlooks a busy motorway across a canal but noise was not an issue with windows closed. Blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep. Lots of space for us to do a complete luggage repack before continuing on our driving tour. Free parking across the canal was convenient. Highly recommended Mercantel restaurant just a few steps along the canal.

Excellent! A very good place to spend a vacation. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed to spend a few weeks on vacation. The view we have of the ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive. I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

This little place was very comfortable, and close to everything! Walk to all the restaurants and shops no problem. Free parking is close by just over the canal took us less than 5 minutes to walk to the car. However you can pull right up and drop off your luggage in front of the, which makes things easy. Everything was clean, and provided everything you need for a cozy stay. The listing is just as shown, it’s a bit small but has all you need. Shower is spacious. Bed is comfortable, blankets are cozy. Helder was super accommodating, and allowed us to check in early.. Also a very trust worthy host and cleaning crew. I left my Grandmothers gold necklace and St Jude pendant at their place, didn’t realize for days later. Helder had the necklace AND is shipping to me in the United States!! I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.

David was responsive and friendly, we enjoyed staying at his place.
