Karyn’s home was beautiful and serene. This is our second visit to her place and this time we took our children with us!!! We had a blast! The pool and private ocean front were not crowded as always. This is the perfect place to unwind, to get away from the noise and to relax while allowing yourself to rejuvenate. Thank you for having us once more Karyn!!!

Ediberth place was amazing, I enjoyed every second of I did not want to leave this condo, but unfortunately vacations do not last forever, but going forward this will be my go to vacation spot next time I’m visiting capcana. I’m extremely satisfied with this place. I highly recommend it.

José helped us with all our doubts. Very easy and organized. I would go back again, it is 10 minutes walk from all tourist spots, such as coco bongo and downtown.

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

"It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially loved how close it was to the beach—a five minute walk! it made our trip so relaxing. It was also super convenient having great local restaurants that delivered right to the door. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we felt completely at home. Great place nice host I loved how safe I felt when staying. security was so nice although it was a language barrier what can I expect I’m in there country. I loved it although the jacuzzi didn’t get Hot! ! The pool was amazing it felt like we had the place to ourselves not many bugs well no mosquitoes and we did notice our room had few ants if we weren’t cautious i definitely think it’s worth it not just for the amount but for the experience I had a renter car so it worked nothing more than a 20 min drive at most and the small beach was definitely a vibe just have exact cash they don’t hold change but will stay again hope the host feels the same

The home was everything described in the listing, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed , it smelled so clean when we arrived, the home is beautiful and located in a beautiful gated community. The host was very responsive and attentive. The location was literally minutes from the airport, grocery stores, and malls. I would recommend this stay to everyone.

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. Felix was an excellent host and being in this property truly felt like a dream. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Check in was very fast and straight to the point, Felix had provided very clear and easy to follow instructions for the check in process as well as all other details about the house itself. Me and my kids will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

This stay in Punta Cana was one of my best Airbnb experiences of all time! The house l, space, and location were great, but Yvette’s work as the host is what put this one over the top. She was flexible and helpful on all fronts. We opted in for two nights of a chef cooking in the house for our group and we recommend that to everyone!! Get the Red Snapper! Looking forward to our next trip already.

The home is very nice and spacious. The rooms are big and comfortable. Very convenient for groups. The pool is amazing and always a great temperature. Flori is very friendly and super responsive. It was a pleasure.

Amazing stay! The place was in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach. The cozy rooftop was the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Romain’s place. It’s very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; we didn’t miss a thing the entire weekend. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom and the air conditioning, but Romain and Olena’s team responded incredibly quickly. They came to the apartment and were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We even left a personal item behind, and someone from the team went out of their way to return it to us right away. Communication with Romain and Olena was always fast, clear and very attentive. They made us feel truly welcome, and we hope to come back soon.

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

100% recommended. It is a good place for short stays where you are looking for a place to sleep and already. It is somewhat smaller than we expected from the photos, but nothing to disregard our stay. Well located by area, in the surroundings of Cap Cana; in the building, in front of the pool. The latter is very comfortable. Clean and tidy. Milka always responded quickly to messages and there were no check in issues, access, or anything similar. Everything was great. We'll be back.
