VERY NICE APARTMENT WITH VIEWS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN

Very nice apartment 5 people in ground floor with terrace, located in the quiet part of the residence CAP ESTEREL. Close to the sea, 100m from the shopping street and all activities. The residence is a holiday village (open from April to Oct) offering all Club activities (entertainment, children's clubs, spa, circus school, 5 swimming pools, tennis, golf ...). Closed parking is included as well as access to activities. The terrace offers a splendid view of the sea and the Esterel.

[Rare] Full view of the sea and beach at the end of the garden

Nestled in the heart of Esterel the "Plage de Léontine" is an apartment renovated in 2025. The beach is at the end of the garden. Amazing sea views, you'll see it from the couch or from the terrace:-) The apartment has its garden and is in direct proximity to the beach (right in front of the garden), all shops and activities. You won't need your car. The small train station of Agay will allow you to get around very easily. Calm accommodation and relaxing holidays!

The accommodation has all the qualities we expect on vacation: well decorated, bright, convenient, comfortable, very well located, clean. The quality of hospitality that Olivier is flawless, and he always tries to find solutions if necessary. A very nice view pools, golf and sea above all. The accommodation is located in the middle of the village, which is extremely convenient to go and enjoy all the activities . A big thank you to Gaëlle and Olivier. We had a lovely time at Eric's flat in Cap Esterel. The flat was very well located, very close to pools, restaurants and shops but was also in a quiet location so we had the best of both worlds. The flat was very clean, well decorated and very-well equipped - absolutely everything we needed was there. Finding some supplies in the cupboard on our arrival was also a very nice touch. The air con was a blessing. It was great to have a balcony for dinner but also a terrace with sun loungers on the top floor. Eric was very friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions and local information. This was our third stay in Cap Esterel (although the first time was 20 years ago) but this was definitely the best flat we rented there. I highly recommend Eric's place!

This was one of the best AirBnb apartments we stayed at so far. Wonderful view to the sea and mountains. Just a short walk to beaches and other beaches in 5 minutes driving distance. Jean Jacques was always reachable and was there to welcome us on the first day and show us the apartment. We would definitely come back!

The accommodation is functional and ideally located in the village. We had a nice stay with our 18-month-old daughter. The only small downside is the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable for two adults. In any case, the village is sublime.

The million dollar view from the balcony says it all! The unit was impeccable and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Virginie was a kind and welcoming host, and left us milk, wine and snacks which were much appreciated. She even bought me a mug with my name on it, which I will treasure every time I use it when I return to Australia! Despite her very clear instructions to get to the unit, after a long day’s drive I was so tired that I struggled with the last km or so, and she sent her father to show us the way. This very kind man, even with a twisted ankle, insisted on bringing our suitcases upstairs, and trust me, we don’t travel light! There are so many things to do in the immediate area. The stunning complex has amazing sparkling pools, golf course etc but is still very quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the garage as well as the small supermarket on site. All in all, a real highlight of our six weeks tour and I highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone!
