I would like to point out the uniqueness of the 70-square-meter solarium, which is accessed from the balcony via a spiral staircase, partly covered by a cool pergola, equipped with a 2nd kitchen with a table and chairs. The privacy and airiness of the view give a sense of tranquility. In addition, there is a small outdoor courtyard, where you can park a car as it is also accessed by a remote-controlled gate.
