Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Great accessibility to Lisbon city centre as you can reach the bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril) in 7 minutes.

Golf&Beach Apartment w/ Air-Conditioning - Herdade da Aroeira

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor. There is no lift in the building! There is air conditioner unit in the living-room. A very nice and relaxing balcony facing a golf field surrounded with pine trees. There is also a barbecue. No wood for the fireplace and charcoal available in the apartment. Please mention you’d like the sofa bed made. It is higly advised to have a car. There is free parking in front of the building. Public transportation is very poor and difficult.

The 70 m2 fully equipped Apartment is located 500m away from the Tagus River in the Touristic and historical Lisbon zone, Belém. Both the large green room and the living room are equipped with air co. It is located in a quite zone, but has lot's of life around. There is a minimarket around the corner. Being in a protected touristic area, bars cannot be opened after 11pm which offers quite nights. There are 2 UNESCO heritages in walking distance. Romantic and beautiful. Seize it.
