The cabins are tucked in to a little bit of paradise. We really liked the camping vibe of the place and the guitars in each cabin were a very welcome touch to my son, who was missing his guitar at home. Wish we had longer to go out kayaking. Gives us a reason to come back!

Clara’s place is a great stop off if you’re visiting the Cabot trail. The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. Clara is very welcoming and even left some of her delicious baked goods for us in the cabin. There’s also a well stocked convenience store on site. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We really enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect! 2 minute drive from our whale watching excursion. The cottage was clean, comfy and cozy. The hot tub was also very well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Great place to have a nice relaxing stay.

Angela’s ‘Cajun Cabins’ were just as described in the AirBnb listing and just as I’d hoped. Very quiet rural setting high above the Margaree River. From the porch, a visitor is treated to misty morning valley views and amazing sunsets.

We had the absolute best time staying in this glamping cabin! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was next level. The owners greeted us with a tour of the property by golf cart — Right from the start, we felt so welcomed and at ease. They truly went above and beyond, even helping us fire up the grill and cook our pizza, making sure everything was perfect for dinner. The conversation flowed easily — they’re not just kind, but genuinely funny and down-to-earth people you’d love to hang out with again. everything on the property was built with love by the owner himself — you can feel the care and dedication in every corner. His wife added the most thoughtful personal touches to the interiors that made the space feel cozy, intentional, and incredibly inviting. Every little detail was seen and deeply appreciated. The property is absolutely stunning — full of unique spots to unplug and reconnect. We cannot wait to come back!

My partner, pup, and I enjoyed our one-night stay in one of Ton's cabins. Communication was excellent, we loved that Ton met us for check-in and showed us around, and we went for the add-on breakfast - lovely and filling pannekoeks - dutch crepes! - and recommend you do too.

Christine and Jeremie are exceptional hosts. They communicate very well. The cabin is exactly as described. The location is awesome; it is a very beautiful part of the world and they have maximized that with their property. Christine and Jeremie have thought of a lot of the little things; from the trails on the property, to the gazebo, from the lights leading down to the beach, to the beautiful back porch. I really can’t say enough about the cabin and the property. If you’re looking for a place to rest and relax, this is a great option. I think Chedebutco Bay and Guysborough are wonderful places. Charlie the dog gives it three paws up!

What a wonderful find! From the moment we stepped in, to the time we left, we felt at home. The cabin was so modern, very clean, cozy, and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. The property was so beautiful, peaceful, and private. We loved it. We very much enjoyed our time and would recommend this location to anyone looking to spend an extended period of time in the Maragree Valley area. Amazing place, every amenity you could need plus some fun extras you don’t expect. The most beautiful sunset and the cutest little beach in a cove, wonderful stay near Inverness.

What a wonderful place to stay! Sarah was very responsive to messages which was awesome as I did have some issues getting into the cabin but figured it out with her help. She checked up to see if we needed anything throughout or stay which was greatly appreciated. I have a toddler and the pack n play and high chair was a life saver since we didn’t need to bring those items with us. The in unit washer and dryer that we had access to was a wonderful addition since we all know how messy a toddler can be. There is enough room in the living room for my toddler to burn off some energy and the backyard is also a great feature. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling with a young family. If we go back to Cape Breton we will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again to stay at.

We had an amazing stay at Randy and Bernadette’s tiny home. It was super clean and comfortable. They are located in the perfect spot for exploring everything that Cape Breton Island has to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about just that. Randy and Bernadette are very friendly and didn’t hesitate to get us anything we asked for and then some.

This is our third time visiting these cabins. They are fantastic each and every time we come. Our visit was in the winter this time and during a storm. The owner was very communicative with us, and the drive was plowed early so access was decent. There was a shovel provided that we used frequently. The heat pump kept the place very toasty. however I don't believe there is much insulation underneath the cabins, so if you are travelling in the winter, bring slippers or else you'll have very cold feet!

Absolutely stunning - my husband and I stayed here for three nights and couldn’t get over the view. We watched the sunset from three different locations each night … all beautiful. That alone would make this place a must stay, but layered on top are gorgeous accommodations with all the modern touches! Can’t wait to visit again.

Very cosy cottage - we enjoyed the veranda in the afternoon sun, very clean, equipped kitchen - very comfortable stay for a couple of nights while exploring Baddeck, puffin tour and cabot trail. If you’re in the area, check out Big Spruce Brewing! Also loved the 🦊 decor!

The property is simply spectacular! You just can't get enough of the lake view. Location is great, near Inverness. The tiny house was as described and matched the listing, very quaint & cozy. Water quality was good! Bob, the host, was very responsive to any hickup we had. He was friendly and provided us with local recommendations & things to do. We really enjoyed our time on the property!

I stayed in this charming little cabin in Nova Scotia last week, and I’m already plotting my return. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and clearly cared for—it had everything I needed. But the location… absolutely magical. Waking up each morning, opening the window, and looking out over the water felt like something out of a movie. Peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beauty. The hosts were kind, thoughtful, and attentive. Honestly, I’m about to submit my application for tenancy. If you’re looking for a cozy, soul-soothing getaway—this is it.
