Absolut tolle Unterkunft mit einer wahnsinnig schönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, es ist etwas ganz Besonderes!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

La maison est confortable et dispose de tout pour faire à manger et passer 10 jours en famille comme nous l'avons fait avec mes beaux-parents et mon bébé de deux mois. Maria Elena est super réactive et serviable, toutes ses instructions d'arrivée et de départ étaient claires et si nous avions des questions elle répondait super rapidement. La magnifique vue est identique à la photo. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement! Attention toutefois une voiture est nécessaire et il n'y a pas grand chose à part un market de dépanne à proximité et un petit restaurant. en contrepartie on bénéficie du silence et de la nature, dont le jardin de la maison qui est très agréable. Il y a également des parasols et linge de plage à disposition dans la maison.

Unser Urlaub in Elmiras Haus war sehr schön! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus war wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Enrico hat reibungslos funktioniert, Enrico war sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Strand Sa Ruxi ist fussläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar und auch Villasimius ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf den Fotos zwar größer, was uns nicht gestört hat. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

I had a wonderful stay at Fabrizio s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Отдыхали семьей с маленьким ребенком в мае-июне. Месторасположение очень понравилось - тихий поселок с возможностью пешего доступа к хорошему пляжу. В 5-10 минутах езды на автомобиле есть еще много отличных пляжей на любой вкус. Двор небольшой, но ухоженный и уютный, дом отлично подходит как для отдыха, но желательно не более 4 человек.

We spent a week as a family with four kids at the house. It was spotless clean, very well maintained and equipped. It’s a very modern, newly furnished villa. The interior has been designed very beautifully with a lot of attention for detail. The kitchen has been equipped very thoughtfully and with everything that you need, from different wine glasses too barista corner with offered all different type of coffee options. It was also very nice and helpful, that when we arrived there was an initial food and beverage packets including a bottle of wine, prosecco and bear. The beach is very close and beautiful and perfect to relax and spend a day on the beach even with little kids. At the villa you have everything that you need for a day at the beach, sun chairs and sun umbrellas on a small carrier to take it easily to the beach and it even has two SUPs you can take. The owners were very responsive and helped us with recommendations. We can only recommend the villa.

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Wir haben uns in Riccardos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hatte alles, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Riccardo war ein sehr zuvorkommender und netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns bereits im Vorfeld einen nützlichen Guest-Guide zur Verfügung gestellt und uns dann auch vor Ort mit weiteren Tipps versorgt. Sehr dankbar waren wir insbesondere auch für die Flexibilität beim Check-Out. Danke Riccardo für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben es sehr genossen!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Aussicht zum Meer ist phänomenal, gute Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und Mario hielt ständig Kontakt, indem er uns tolle Tipps für Rahmenprogramm lieferte

Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vecka. Väldigt fint och välskött hus. Underbar trädgård med många växter och utsikt över havet. Vi blev väl mottagna av Tomaso som mötte oss och hämtade våra väskor vid busshållplatsen. Det fanns lunch och kall dryck när vi kom fram vilket var välkommet då vi rest länge och var hungriga. Affärer och restauranger ligger en bit bort. Tomaso var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade på våra frågor. När vi hade problem med en trasig toalett kom han inom 40 minuter och lagde den. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

Wir waren begeistert von der Lage nahezu direkt am langen und wunderschönen Strand und unmittelbar an der Lagune. 15 Minuten fußläufig gibt es ein tolles Strandcafe. Den schönen Garten und Pool haben wir wegen unserer Vorliebe zum Strand eigentlich nur zum gemeinsamen Frühstück genutzt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche als Gruppe von 5 Frauen.

Federico and Monica were excellent hosts. They were always super helpful, when we arrived the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom needed replacing, Monica quickly dealt with and we had a new fitted a few days later. Because the room was a little dusty after, Monica arranged for the cleaner to come and replaced the bedsheets and towels at the same time. My son and daughter had to leave a day and as the flight was very early in the morning I was able to arrange through Monica to get picked up by Elia. This was really appreciated. The villa itself is very big and has everything you need. The views of the mountains are really special. We went to Cala Sinzias and Punta Molentis. We did prefer Cala Sinzias due to the location, the restaurant, toilet facilities and the clear shallow water. Cagliari itself has lots of restaurants and wine bars and cute shops. We also visited Colline Del Vento vineyard and did the dinner package. It was a lovely evening and we would recommend.

Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in den Ferien in Anna‘s Haus und zurückgekehrt weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Haus, der Garten, Nähe zu tollen Stränden… war wiederum perfekt.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto bella alla Casa da Maurizio! L'alloggio è davvero fantastico e molto ben tenuto. Era sempre pronto ad aiutarci con qualsiasi domanda e aveva ottimi consigli per la zona circostante! La comunicazione è stata sempre veloce e molto cordiale. Ci piacerebbe tornare!

Abbiamo trascorso un favoloso weekend a Villa del Sole, un’oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura, il posto ideale dove rilassarsi. Soprattutto gli spazi esterni erano ben tenuti e ideali per trascorrere delle piacevoli giornate all’aperto in compagnia grazie alla piscina, al barbecue e alle aree relax presenti. Matteo è stato un host impeccabile, ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera tempestiva e cordiale. Speriamo di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Villa del Sole!

Andrea hat und von Anfang an freundlich betreut. Die Bilder des Inserats entsprechen genau der Unterkunft. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und in einem guten Zustand. Auch der außenbereich und der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Man hat alles was man in der Unterkunft benötigt. Wenn wir Informationen von Andrea benötigt haben, hat sie uns zeitnah geantwortet. Lediglich der Backofen war leider nicht sauber und ist auch heißer als die ausgewählte Temperatur. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und würden diese auch wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen! :)

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.
