This sunny, 1 BR ground-floor apartment in Cape Elizabeth has seasonal water views and is nestled between Kettle Cove, Crescent Beach, and Two Lights State Parks. Fields, forests, beaches and ponds are a stroll away, while downtown Portland is an easy 15-minute drive. The apartment is a great base for exploring Southern Maine and an equally great place to simply soak in the restorative water and air of coastal Maine. This space is the lower level of a single family residence with separate entrance with views of the Casco Bay Ship Channel. More than simply a bedroom, there is a spacious living room with tv and computer workstation. There is a patio for relaxing as you take in the scenery. We are a short walk to Willard Beach, and we provide beach towels and chairs. There is no kitchen but we provide a coffee maker, and small fridge. Places for take out abound nearby. This is a great getaway for couples.

Please keep in mind….this is a COTTAGE, not a modern home, or new hotel. It’s super cute, very clean, and I’m always available to communicate and hopefully make your stay as best as possible ! What it may lack in modern amenities, it by far makes up for in location.
